Preliminary approval for a 62-lot subdivision was granted in 2005. Recently, the applicant applied for an extension of the preliminary approval on the ground that the extension would allow continutation of the process for the Town to acquire the site as open space. A hearing is scheduled before the Planning Board on March 17, 2010. The Town Supervisor has written a letter in support of the request.
