The ZBA has been asked to allow variances from the normal frontage requirement and to permit a 10' fence in the front yard. As shown by the tax map, the parcel is located on Harts Cove and faces the bay; it is entered by a long driveway from the south end of Briana Court. Copies of the applications and the plan may be viewed. The application to the ZBA states specifically that the 10' fence is for a tennis court.
The hearing is schedule for April 28, 2010.
