The site is between the Montauk Highway and the LIRR and the vet's building is to the west. Residences are to the east, and south.
In September 2007, plans were presented at an EMPOA general meeting, and the Board then gave comments to the owner. The original plans and comments are below.
The current plan is generally similar, but the appearance of the buildings has been changed. The current plan and a drawing of what is proposed are below. The perspective of drawing from the Montauk Highway, but does not show any of the landscaping shown on the plan.
The owner has requested EMPOA's comments on the new plan.
