Drones

I've played with a couple of the inexpensive "toy" drones. One that was TINY, and one that was fairly modest in size, with a camera, and still under $100.

These are fun to fly. The "TINY" one was kinda' like sailing a (small 13') Sunfish or Laser before sailing a "big" boat. The small one really forced you to focus on your flying. If you could handle the tiny drone, the bigger brother was much easier.

Eventually, it was time to step up. I wanted something that I could use to go out to the lake and take pictures of the boat out on the water. So it needed to be solid enough to fly outdoors comfortably, handle easily, and display the camera back to my phone (or other display) so that I could take decent pictures and video of what I wanted to.
