Jan, Stefan i Gabryel Bogurscy dokonują imieniem słasnem i brata swego Stanisława,bawiącego na Podolu, wywodu szlachectwa, naganionego temu ostatniemu.
Ad iudicium praesens terrestre Srzenense et acta praesentia terrestria personaliter venientes nobiles Joannes, Stephanus et Gabriel Bogurscy, filii olim nobilis Gregorii Bogurski in Bidgoscza moram gerentis, palatinatus Innowladislaviensis indigenae, nomine suo et nobilis Stanislai Bogurski fratris sui germani, in terris Podoliae in honestis servitiis versantis, praesenti iudicio, eidem Stanislao fratri suo crimen ignobilitatis per nonnullas personas illius terrarum Podoliae quodam ex odio et rancore esse obiectum, relati sunt. [Editor's Note: I found no reference to any named village, "Czaplice" on this document page. But Sreńsk is the closest to Czaplicki przasnyski.]

Editor's Note: The horseshoe with cross above is the mark of Póbog. Lubicz is the same with an added cross within the horseshoe. The Korwin arms do not have a horseshoe, but do include a Crow with a ring in its mouth. See: Wawrzęta (or Wawrzyniec - Lawrence) Korwin z Ślepowrony . Herb Ślepowon (alternate name Korwin!) shows the same crow standing above the standard Póbog arms.
