In our days, when metals prices go down, there is a desire to save money. It is desirable that the economies did not take place at the expense of wages. I offer to you the following types of savings (mainly in Chile and Latin America):

1. Savings at reagents (cost of reagents is 4%). In Chile, use very expensive reagents. I will create a composition (mixture) of the cheapest reagents of new generation of flotation reagents legally (such effective as brand-name). I will create a unique mode of reagent's feed for ore on your plant.

2. Processing of slags or of tailings (the tails). I have experience in the development of technologies for the processing of slag or of tails over 20 years and I can create self modern technology of complex processing of your tailings or slags. I am the author of numerous articles and books on the subject. More than 10 years I was a consultant in the plant of slag's flotation.

3. Tuning of the plant. I can make the tuning of your plant according to your wishes (to increase productivity, product quality, extracting or reduce expenses, costs). The customization of equipment, the selection of modes, the change the direction of the streams, etc.

4. Saving water. I see the prospect of new dry technology and equipment for processing of ores in Chile. It is possible to remove by dry from 10% to 20% of tails at the head of process before the flotation and to save a lot of water and increase the productivity of plant.

1-4 points can be fulfilled only by person or by team which well know the:

1. All the latest technology for the processing of ores, reagents old and new type, capabilities of the newest equipment (wide range).

2. Features of ores of Chile (Chilean ore are very different from other ore).

I am a such person. I know all the methods of separation (dry, wet) for all types of ores of Chile.

I have great experience in the follows filds:

1. Creation of the mixtures of flotation reagents to ensure the synergistic effect.

2. Creation of the modified reagents to ensure selectivity of flotation.

3. Creation of the regimes (modes) of flotation is very effective for any ore, including choice of reagents, order of addition, amount, and mach other.

4. Creation of the supplements (the additions) of flotation reagents to increase content and recovery.
