Contact Relationship Manager can be used in many ways. This is a way of making sure you are looking after a existing customers and keeping a close eye on any prospects. You can see a snap shot of turnover and profit.
Green Area
First select the customer, this list will show all companies and prospects in the database with Sales ticked in the Address Type
Last Activity (Dates)
Last Sales Action created for this customer
Last Quotation created for this customer
Last Job created for this customer
Red Area
This is the prospect information area used to help you keep very important information about this customer. You can add to the drop down lists by double clicking and also change the titles of the Optional Fields.
So like in this example you could rename a Optional Field to Sport and keep track of what sports that customer is interested in so if you arrange a golf or football day out you could filter by this list and invite all these customers in just a few clicks.
Same goes for the Christmas Cheer; you can add the information about what you may give this customer for Christmas like Hamper or Wine and then run a report by the information and in just a few clicks you will have a printable report and you will not miss any customers out.
Value (Annual)
Showing figures for the last twelve months from the current date, Expected can be keyed in by the user. Opportunities form the opportunities created earlier. Actual amounts from jobs keyed in BoxTop along with the margin show in percentage.
Blue Area
The result area. This is split into 8 tabs
Activity - The first tab will show results for the last year split down into monthly figures
Contacts - All the contacts at this customer, along with emails
Sales Actions - any sales actions made in the sales action area
Opportunities - any opportunities made in the opportunities area
Templates - You can use this tab to see any stored templates from Word and then send these to a customer; this is widely used for welcome letters if you have a company standard letter. Contact us for help on creating the file and updating BoxTop
Quotation Analysis - Showing a list of quotes for this customer and the Success Rate
Performance - The dash-board area giving you a option to see the figures as charts by many different options in the drop down lists above each chart.
Notes - Any notes about this customer and you can also set an alert for this customer to pop up in your Microsoft Outlook to remind you about a Annual review.
