Introduction

BoxTrax is an ever-expanding on-line knowledge base that’s available from BoxTop. This area will allow you to add Customers login details so they can use BoxTrax in conjunction with your BoxTop.

You can upload their Logo and also turn off/on the options and information they can see.

Create User

• Click on User Level Settings > Create User
  • CUST ACC NO - This must be the same as the Acc Code used in BoxTop
  • User Name - Username for the customer
  • Password - Password for the customer
  • Friendly Name - The full name of the customer that shows at the top of the screens
  • Email - Customer email details in-case they forget login details.

Edit User

• Click on User Level Settings > Edit User
  • Find the new user and EDIT

Multi Database and Additional Account Settings

Only use this if you have multi Branch/Data - Contact BoxTop for more information contact us.

General User Settings

• Skin - Select the skin colour for this login
• Start Date - Jobs shown as a default (will save the customer scrolling over old jobs)
• Landing page - This is the start page after they login (Default Shipments)
• Activity Report Pages - Show this tab on the main menu so the customer can print their own reports
• Update POD Page - allow the customer to update POD details
• Hide Shipment Pages - Used if you wish to hide (sometimes used if only need to show warehouse details)
• Logo - Customers Logo can be selected from your PC/Network and then emailed to BoxTop (we will then add this to the site)

Shipments Grid Settings

• Default Grids - Tick boxes to show the type/mode
• Select the Grid Type - Traffic Light will show the status in Green, Amber and Red
• Auto Refresh - To auto refresh the page (Not Default)
• Header - Select the headers required and ADD (You can rename the type and reorder on the right)
• Display All times - Tick required
• Hide POD - POD will show as default from details entered into BoxTop
• Show All shipments - Tick if required
• Show Lo-codes - This will show the 5 digit code for the Ports used.

Job Details Page Settings

• Tick the boxes for the details you wish the customer to see, below is the default views
• Note AWB Tracking will show a link so the customer can track the AWB on the airline site.

Courier Booking

• Tick the mandatory fields you would like the customer to complete before they can commit the courier booking
• Select the default Shipper from your data if you wish the customer to have this auto completed
• add the required email address you wish for someone internally to be notified when a booking has been completed.

Freight Booking

• Tick the mandatory fields you would like the customer to complete before they can commit the freight booking
• Select the default Shipper from your data if you wish the customer to have this auto completed
• add the required email address you wish for someone internally to be notified when a booking has been completed.
• If you would like the customer to pick a shipper you need to add the ones you wish to show at the bottom of the screen.
