- This screen will help with reprints of invoice's, use the find button to filter and then select the invoice and print.
- Used if you are looking to keep track of invoices paid by customers. You can use this screen to help when chasing invoices for payment at the end of the month. Use the find button to filter with date/customer. Then click the select on the left and enter the amount to record when a invoice has been paid by a customer.
- This screen shows a listing of jobs with information on profit, Margin and income. You can filter the results with the date range and also the find button. All results can be passed to a Excel spread sheet. You can include Duty/Vat and Invoiced Charges by ticking the boxes at the top of the screen.
- Here you can find a library of reports. You can run Sales, Cost and admin reports. There are lots to choose from and this list is always growing. - Run reports of activity over a date range. You can see a listing of customers and also a break down of activity, along with a dash board view at the bottom of the screen.

- Manage your Financial Periods and check over stored periods. This can help to keep invoice's in the right period. users cant create invoice's if you haven't set the period. Also reports can be run by period.
- This screen will show a list of variance between estimate charges and actual charges. This can help if you keep getting large differences, here you can see the user and also if they gave a reason for the variance.
- Clear outstanding Purchase costs and convert to profit, click here for more info.
- Manage all your customers credit from one place. You can see a history of invoices that are unpaid and late payment history. Toggle with credit limit and credit hold accordingly. If you put a customer on HOLD then you will not be able create any prints or invoices for that customer.
