This screen is where all your Contacts are stored in BoxTop. You can add contacts while in the job and also maintain from this screen.
The screen is split into three areas as highlighted above.
Red Area
When you add a Contact you will first have to type the Name of the company and also make sure the Account code created is the same as the account package you use.
The please tick the relevant box to mark them to the correct type in BoxTop, this could be more than one type.
When you EDIT click edit in the top right and as long as you have the correct permissions you can change data in this area.
Green Area
Here you can store details of the Vat Number, Currency and Sale Person. You can also entre a type, this can be useful when you wish to search by type, you could double click in this box and create as many as you wish.
Purple Area
The main address details are stored in this area, you can enter general data and add contacts to the area at the bottom. This will then show when youa re looking to email from the software.
You can EDIT this area by clicking on the edit box.
Address Type
This box is very important and will help with the lists when you are selecting a Contact while in job. Note you will need the Sales box selected for the Contact to show in the Sales Area.
Milestones
Use the Milestones button to setup events on jobs, this can be automated and even send an email to the customer. Click here for more information.
