The browse screen is the hub of all information in relation to the jobs. You can filter this list using the tick buttons at the top of the screen. You can even filter for "Jobs Not Invoiced" and "Open Jobs."
The filtering order can be changed by double clicking on any Blue title, also you can move the columns by using the button at the top right and then clicking on the desired column.
This screen can also be used to produce a quick report, use the find button to filter by criteria and then click the send button or Excel button for a report of the data shown. You can check Progress, Milestones and Ranking as shown below.
Use this button to update the job progress. The best way to use this screen is to first click the FIND button to filter by customer and then click on the Progress button. This screen is very important if your customers are using BoxTrax as these dates tie in with what they see. Double click on a field and complete with Est and Actual dates. You can use the send button at the top of the screen to print off the details if required.
This button will show all the Milestones for the job selected. You can create your own Milestones from the contacts page, these can also auto send emails to the customer. Click here for more info
Job Ranking will show a report style listing on screen. You can compare two periods and Rank by many criteria including Number of Jobs and TEU. Once you have the Rank information you can output this to a Excel spread sheet by clicking the icon at the top of the screen.
Voyage Manager can help with completing Actual Departure and Arrival dates for many jobs in one go. This can help with milestone completion and updating BoxTrax. Click here to help with setting up a Voyage, and this can be done for Sea, Road and Rail.
