Customs Errors

1. The "asm.org/Sequoia/AccountAddress:street1" element is invalid - The value " is invalid according to its datatype "String" - The actual length is less than the MinLength Value

A. This error is casued when the Customer Name and Address details are incomplete. You need to make sure all boxes are completed to send over to Sequoia

2. Address Element error

A. These errors are caused by the Shipper or Consignee not having complete details. Make sure the details are in BoxTop and they cant be added on the fly in a free type AWB.
