Once this date has passed the job will show in this listing as a outstanding quote. This listing is best used to keep track of quotes that have been won and lost, along with a reason for Non Acceptance to help you with future quotes. You can change the view by using the "Find" and look for filtered information. this could be all quotes for one customer or all quotes "To Expensive" all this information can help with future quotes and reports.
This screen is used to browse existing quotes. You can filter the listing by using the find button at the top of the screen. You can copy a quote from this screen, this can be useful if a customer is looking for a cheaper quote you can copy and edit accordingly.
