You can attach any document to a job, and use BoxTop as a online filing cabinet. When inside a job click on the attach icon and add the documents as explained below. This can then show on BoxTrax for the customer if required.
Attaching
Click on Explore and this will open a folder for the job, copy any PDF, Docs and Emails into this folder.
Then click on Refresh and this will show in the available Job Documents window
The button will now show a light red around the edge to show you have attachments.
Emailing
from the same window you can now email these documents to a customer
Use the "To" or leave empty and when you click SEND you will be taken to Outlook to select email address from your very own address book
Complete the Subject and Message if required and this to will transfer to the outlook page
You can store Subjects and Messages by double clicking on the subject box and adding to the combo listing
BoxTrax
Any of these documents can be published to BoxTrax
Highlight the document in the Available Job Documents window and then click "Publish"
This will then show in the bottom area and you can change the title and some other info like PO Number
