Multiple speakers will provide an overview of the U.S. National Grid (USNG) and two separate tracks, based on attendee preference. One group will focus on using ArcGIS to construct USNG maps and integrate it into GIS applications. A variety of tools and techniques will be discussed. The other group will focus on practical uses of USNG maps by emergency services. It will include practical examples for search and rescue, resource deployment, and more. Finally, a combined panel of GIS and emergency services professionals actively implementing the USNG across the country will present "training the trainer" content to equip attendees with skills, resources, and ideas to carry what they learn home to their organizations and jurisdictions.

Other workshop speakers included Talbot Brooks, Randy Knippel and Jason Dolf. Please see the respective page for the speaker you are seeking.
