Bio: Mr. Contrucci is vice president of geospatial services at Ayres Associates. In this role he is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the aerial mapping and land surveying groups at Ayres, including more than 40 staff in three Wisconsin offices. Kirk has more than 25 years of experience in leading the firm’s implementation of emerging geospatial technologies, including airborne and ground-based mapping and surveying systems, and more recently, unmanned aerial systems. Kirk has testified as an expert witness on the use of geospatial technologies and processes for several court cases, and recently spoke on the topic of geospatial technologies in the State of Wisconsin before the Wisconsin State Assembly Committee on Jobs and the Economy. Kirk also serves as the Program Manager of the Wisconsin Regional Orthoimagery Consortium. In this role he oversees the design and execution of one of the most unique and successful mapping programs in the US.
