Introduction to Reflective Practice

Workshop Description

This workshop is for staff who are involved in the supervision and/or support of medical students. The workshop provides an introduction to reflective practice and explores the strategies and approaches you can use to enhance current practice.

•  To enable you to support your students reflective practice

• Relate how reflective practice fits in the PAT scheme

• Explain the concept of reflective practice and its role in learning

• Apply a structured approach for reflective practice

• Share best practice to improve the quality of students’ reflections
