Welcome to Ms. Frey's webpage!
My name is Vivian Frey, and I teach 4th grade at El Dorado Community School. My family and I are El Dorado residents, and our two daughters also attend EDCS.
After graduating from Reno High School in Reno, NV, I attended University of Nevada/Reno. I transferred to New Mexico State University after my sophomore year, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English the spring of 2001.
My husband and I moved to Raton, NM and I began teaching 4th grade. I received my teaching licensure through NM HIghlands University. After living in Raton for 12 years we moved to Santa Fe in 2013. I taught 2nd and 4th grades at Wood Gormley Elementary School before switching to EDCS. I was sad to leave my WGES family after 4 years at the school, but teaching in El Dorado has been very rewarding for my family and me. It is a personal treat to see my daughters at various times during the day while I teach and they are learning. I have taught 3rd and 4th grades while at EDCS.
