Teaching is the hardest and the most rewarding of many jobs and careers that I’ve done. Every day is different, every year different. I never get bored! I learn a lot from my students. I love watching their faces light up when they begin to understand a concept – the “a-ha” moment. I have taught Kindergarten, First Grade, and Second Grade but second grade has been my favorite.

Hobbies or Interests: Medieval historical group (SCA) and crafts, all kinds of needlework, reading, painting, gardening, hiking, rock hounding, parrots.
