Introducing our Spring 2026 publication: Memories that Shape Tomorrow
Get ready to indulge in six pieces, nonfiction and fiction, that focus on singular experiences that leave the main character changed for the better. Stories range from heartfelt struggles of being an immigrant college student to the values that the Jedi Order instills in young men!
In addition, two members will be graduating this spring: Christian Wu and me. I look forward to seeing how our creative writing journeys continue to evolve and prosper. In the fall of 2026, Collin Wang will become the president of the Serra Creative Writing Club. Best of luck to the seniors and to Collin!
Enjoy! Have a happy summer!
Sincerely,
Enzo De Angelis

"The tragic trajectories of Anakin Skywalker and Ben Solo reveal how this emotional austerity does not prevent darkness. It refines it, concentrates it, and leaves it to detonate in isolation."
"Her dress, a shadow in the light
Her hair, soft gold that shimmered though the night"
"The first hint of you drifts into the hallway before I realize I am remembering a long-lost memory."
"But the biggest thing was when I was already beyond civilization borders, if you could even call it a civilization. I remember it all vividly."
