Go to Unsplash images to find an image for your work or better yet, take your own images
save in your PS folder / Text Masking folder
If you can't remember anything about masking from level 1 re-watch masking videos from level 1 on high speed and it will come back to you.
Choose a quote (can be anything as long as it's appropriate ie. inspiration message, song lyric etc.)

Use Ctrl + T to open free transform for resizing
shift key to not maintain aspect ratio
Ctrl + click and drag to skew an object
Use masking to remove backgrounds on placed images
Use adjustment layers and clipping masks to adjust layers
add a clipping mask to have adjustment only appear on that particular layer
re-watch adjustment layers if you cannot remember how to work with adjustments
Export your final image
Use the snipping tool to copy an image of your layers palette.
