Learn about the different shot types used in film
Recognize the shots when you see them in a film and know how to capture them yourself
Learn the basics of Adobe Premiere Pro by editing your clips together and adding sound/music to your sequence
Total time: 2-3 classes
Must have an opening title screen: Shot Types and Camera Angles by YOUR NAME(S)
Each camera shot and angle must have a title on it describing what shot it is
One shot per shot type on the checklist
Must have music (use https://pixabay.com/music/)
Your final exported video should be NO LONGER than 1 minute 30 seconds (1:30)
Find a partner to work with
Grab a worksheet from Ms. Brucculieri/Ms. Verbeek (or download here)
Using your phone, film all of the shot types and angles on the list
MAKE SURE TO FILM HORIZONTALLY!
Shots should NOT be more than 5 seconds each
Upload your Scavenger Hunt footage from your phone to Google Drive (See tutorial video below)
Download the footage onto your computer
It will download to your "Downloads" folder
Ctrl + A to select all files, and then Ctrl + X to "Cut" the files
Find your PR folder (E: > Your Name > DMA > PR)
Make a sub-folder called "Scavenger Hunt"
Ctrl + V to Paste the files into the folder
Open Premiere Pro and import the clips to the media library.

Export your video
Upload to Google Drive DMA folder
Make sure permissions are set to SD48
Publish and submit digital portfolio link to Google Classroom.
