Pure Contour

This project is all about lines and how to show depth, and distance using just lines.The hand was made by me holding up my hand while holding a rubber band and drawing what I saw, while the shoe I did by setting my shoe in front of me and I drew it from different angles.

I chose to create this because I wanted to draw something intriguing and difficult.In this piece of artwork attention to lines, white and black space, and distance is showcased.Well I think each shoe got better as I started to get the hang of drawing something at different angles and enlarging it.

It’s just to draw an object and practice focusing on one type of drawing.Each of these photos have objects in my life, that I am part of or wear.I probably could have put more detail, but it’s hard.
