This piece of artwork is a drawing focusing on the black and white. I went outside and grabbed a couple plants from the ground then brought it inside and set it on the paper and copied it onto another paper.

I chose to create this because I thought it would look cool and I wanted to be colorful.In this piece of artwork I used contour lines, and I focused on the white spaces then added color into the surrounding area.Well first it was just a few lines on a piece of paper, but then i made the lines bold with sharpie pen and colored the space around the plants.

This is just to show that even when focusing on whitespace you can still make a cool drawing.This project relates to my life. It relates because the objects within the photo are all objects that are in my life and are all in the same season.I think I could have made the lines more exact and filled with more bold color and colored it in well so there is less white.
