Dear parents, students, and school community:
Yet another great week at The Creek! We are rolling along at an accelerated pace with the finish line only a few weeks ahead of us. Our conditioning should allow us to finish strong, and the results are expected to be promising!
This week, we will measure our growth through MAP. Students are encouraged to showcase their best work to allow teachers the chance to make any appropriate adjustments to instruction prior to SCReady.
Take some time to enjoy this week's newsletter and take particular note of the calendar of events, including a big day on Friday when several Gators will participate or volunteer at the Area Eleven Special Olympics Spring Games. As a Special Olympics Unified Champions School, this is really dear to us, and we look forward to making fun memories with our friends across the community! Remember, every day is important so we will make each day count as we grow and develop LEADERS at The Creek, one learner at a time! Stay safe and healthy and have a great week! GOOOOOOOOOOO GATORS!
Yours in service,
Principal Clayton B. Moton

NWEA MAP testing returns
Parents and families,
This week MAP testing returns for all students. Over the past week, teachers have conferenced with students about their Winter progress, MAP goals, and strategies to do their best! This is our final MAP session and an essential indicator teachers will use to identify correlations for success and opportunities for SC Ready and SC PASS (6th). Testing will take place on Tuesday, April 16th, and Wednesday, April 17th. Although we do have make-up testing on Friday, we encourage students to be present, well rested, and ready to do their best each day. Please talk with your students about the importance of doing their best on Spring Map! #GoGators
State Testing is Coming...Save the Dates!
Our state testing season is approaching! Please add these dates to your schedules and help your Gator to be in attendance each day.
