#GoGators💚🖤🐊
Dear parents, students, and school community:
I trust that everyone had a restful and relaxing Spring Break! Our return to school marks a significant time in the school year...the fourth quarter push!
In football, when the clock ends the third quarter of the game, players, coaches, and fans often hold up four fingers to signify the final quarter of play. For the team that is behind, it is the inspiration to defy the odds and work t0wards a comeback victory. For the team that is ahead, it is the reminder that there is more work to do to seal the win. Both perspectives speak to the urgency of not giving up...to display fortitude, pride, and conviction. Raise your four fingers up high, Gators, and let's finish strong!
Enjoy this week's newsletter and take particular note of the calendar of events, which features College and Career Week beginning tomorrow. Lay out your Gator Gear and favorite hat tonight for Monday's activities! Remember, every day is important so we will make each day count as we grow and develop LEADERS at The Creek, one learner at a time! Stay safe and healthy and have a great week! GOOOOOOOOOOO GATORS!
Yours in service,
Principal Clayton B. Moton
Let's take a moment to recognize and celebrate our Gator Nation students, staff, and community members!
Gator Nation is grateful for the work of Mrs. Mays, Ms. Miller, and Mr. Modla!
Congratulations to the Academic Challenge Team for a very strong and successful season. And congratulation to the TEACHERS of DCMS who once again won the Students vs Teachers challenge! 😉
Whether it is volunteering to help with after school clubs and competition or cheering wildly in the stands as fans, the faculty and staff understand the importance of supporting our students in and outside of the classroom! We are unapologetically PROUD to be Dutchman Creek Gators! Gooooooo Gators!!!
Our state testing season is approaching! Please add these dates to your schedules and help your Gator to be in attendance each day.
