Hey Everyone! So today I’ll be rating some more memes. The last time I did one of these was in November to which I respond with a “My Bad”

Anyways you kinda get the deal here, I rate Three memes on a scale of 1 to 10, With 10 as in Complete Masterpiece and 1 as in Throw It In The Dumpster Fire Of H-E Double Hockey Sticks Got It? Good! Let’s Go…. Again.

#3 No Fighting: This meme has been blowing up over the last few days. It involves two characters named Cuphead & Mugman fighting because Elder Kettle told them not to. They then straight-up stop to slowly go around his radio and then they continue fighting again. For those of you who have been living under a rock, Cuphead is a 1930s styled action platforming Shoot-Em-Up that is designed to be extremely hard. There are several levels and unique bosses, And different power-ups to unlock and buy from the shop.

Anyways It’s extremely cool to see an indie game get its own series on Netflix and because of that. It gets a 9/10

#2 It Is Wednesday My Dudes: This meme technically started out as a Vine created by Jimmy Here In 2016 (I think). It involves him saying that exact phrase and then screaming in agony In the mirror, all In a Spider-Man costume. and then a few years later Someone took the phrase and put it over a picture of a frog. Of course this has been blowing up all over reddit. And if you're wondering what Jimmy is doing now, he does You Laugh You Lose streams on Twitch and posts Them on Youtube Every Wednesday, He also occasionally does You Laugh You Leave streams with his team where if anyone laughs they lose a life, If one of them loses three lives they leave the couch. Speaking of which It Is Wednesday as I’m typing this blog my dudes. Anyways this meme is somewhat funny and it gets an 8/10

#1 Hotel Mario: This game’s cutscenes have appeared in several YTPs With YTP standing for Youtube Poop, the cutscenes have a few memorable quotes such as: I Hope She Made Lotsa Spaghetti, No, You Know What They Say: All Toasters Toast Toast, and the most notable of all Nice of The Princess to Invite Us Over For a Picnic, Eh Luigi? (All of us misheard it as Gay Luigi) . Also this game was released for a console that Is often forgotten The Philips CD-i. Anyways this meme made 5 year old me Burst out laughing (Not Really Though) and is pretty nostalgic and Because of that It gets a 10/10.

But if it’s your first time reading this I recommend reading my other meme rating news articles but if you can’t, here’s what I do: I rate 3 memes on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being a perfect masterpiece and 1 being Complete DooDoo. (Man, I’m so childish!) Anyways with That Unreasonably long intro out of the way Let’s jump right into it!

#1 A Microwave: This meme blew up in 2019, that’s almost 3 years ago. If you don’t know what the sound of a microwave is (if you live under a rock) then here you go. (Microwave Sound) Anyways this meme is a bit mediocre, so it gets a 5/10

#2 Mama Luigi: This meme has a few things in common with Hotel Mario, for one it’s used in several different YTPs and for two It also has some memorable quotes such as: Good Thing I Found A Magic Balloon, Mario, Wherever You Are Heeeelp, and of course That’s Mama Luigi To You Mario. I actually watched the whole video back in 2010 and it’s also pretty nostalgic and because of that it gets a 10/10

#1 (And I can’t believe I’m saying this) Minion Memes: I chose this purely because I want to rant on something for once, like Jeez who are making these memes!? Whoever is making these memes clearly want to make some 40 year old moms laugh and it’s actually working! Also some of these quotes are really good but they had to ruin it by just slapping a minion on it. Also most of these memes have something to do with hating Mondays, kinda like Garfield or something like that. And to make matters worse, these memes are mostly found on Facebook! Which is in my opinion a website for boomers and other weird and crazy people. Anyways because of this, it  gets a 0/10 GET THOSE CRINGY AND HORRIBLE ABOMINATIONS OUT OF MY FACE!!!

Hey Guys, Helfry here and… What’s This?  I’m doing a ranking memes article in the same month? Yeah so apparently I’m running out of ideas so this means I might have a battle with Mr. Writer’s Block again. So yeah, you may already know the drill by now but for those of you who are new here, let me show you what I do: I rank 3 memes on a scale of 1 to 10, With 10 being an absolute masterpiece and 1 or lower being complete doo doo (Yeah, I’m doing this again.) Got it? Good. Now let’s jump into it!

#1 The Trollface: I was originally going to rank this meme on my very first ranking memes article but I scrapped it because I thought I didn’t have much for it to talk about, so here I am a few articles in and…. Wow! there’s going to be a lot to talk about so I'm gonna have to cut this short. So this meme blew up back in 2008 and it appeared in several rage comics and other media, Hell, it even has its own flash game called The Trollface Quest and it too saw many sequels, then a few years later it got revived as creepy media of some sorts.  I don’t know about you but every time I see those scary memes I would scream inside, It’s just that scary. Anyways great meme, albeit somewhat creepy. 6/10

#2 Weegee: This meme originated from an odd-looking sprite of Luigi from the DOS Version of Mario Is Missing! And it’s not just his sprites that was given this treatment. Mario & Yoshi also had their own set of weird sprites. Anyways he appeared in several YTPs, kinda like Hotel Mario and Mama Luigi, also he’s one of the most powerful beings to ever exist in the entire universe, just like Shaggy except he doesn’t go Super Saiyan or Ultra Instinct. Instead he uses lasers that can transform any puny human being into himself, so that he can start an army of Weegees. Anyways If I ranked this meme any lower than 5, I might turn into one of them so…. 10/10 Masterpiece!

#3: Mr. Incredible Becoming Uncanny: This Meme And [REDACTED] Share 3 Things in common:

1. It came out of nowhere,

2. It’s literally everywhere,

3. It has variants, lots and lots of variants!

I mean, this meme has so many variants that even [REDACTED] Got jealous, There’s Mr. Incredible Becoming Canny, Mr. Incredible Becoming Old, there’s even another version with Elastigirl. Anyways cool meme, but it’s way too repetitive. 4/10

Link: The Faces Of Evil: Just like Hotel Mario, Mama Luigi, and Weegee, this meme appears in several YTPs and it also has some memorable quotes such as:  Gee, It Sure Is Boring Around Here . Squadalah, We're Off! And No, Not Into The Pit. IT BURNS!!! Oh yeah, just like Hotel Mario, This game along with Zelda’s Adventure and Zelda: The Wand Of Gamelon is on the forgotten game console, The Phillips CD-i. All and all it’s as cool and funny as the other YTPs, and also pretty nostalgic. 9/10

Hey Everyone Helfry Here and this will be the last rating memes article for a while, and that’s because i’m gonna be celebrating my birthday tomorrow but don’t you worry guys, I’ll get back to doing ranking meme articles the day after tomorrow. But you already know the drill at this point. I rate the 3 or 4  memes on a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being a masterpiece and 1 being complete doo doo. Anyways let’s jump right into the pit of memes

#3: Emotional Damage: This meme originated from a youtube video by Steven He where he throws a shoe in sheer frustration and yells in a heavy asian accent “Emotional Damage”. This meme blew up on Tiktok for being used after a roast or a comeback and thus causing Emotional Damage, it would also later be a running gag in Steven’s videos. Anyways Great meme, albeit very obnoxious 5/10.

#2: We Are Number One: This meme is sung by Robbie Rotten the main villain of the Icelandic children’s TV Show LazyTown, this meme gained a metric ton of parodies and mashups throughout Soundcloud And Youtube back in 2016. I also learned that this meme originated from an episode of LazyTown called “Robbie’s Dream Team” where Robbie tries to train 3 Imperfect clones of himself to form his own dream team, hence the title name, anyways amazing meme, would totally listen to that song again. 9/10.

#1: r/woooosh: This slang word is basically used to tell someone they didn’t get the joke, For example:

Person 1: Top 10 Saddest Anime Deaths.

Person 2: That’s Not An Anime, Dummy!

Person 1: r/woooosh.

Person 2: *Looks up r/woooosh on the Urban Dictionary*

Person 2: *Sees this*

Person 2: Darn It.

See, It's as simple as that! You have to be a real memer like me to know about this.  Also, 10/10 Masterpiece!!!

Hey everyone, Helfry here back from my Mid-Winter Break, and I’m in the mood to rank another batch of memes. So you already know the deal here, right? I rank three and occasionally a bonus meme on a scale of one to ten with 1 being utterly terrible and 10 being a masterpiece. Anyways without further ado, let’s rank some more memes!

#3: Among Us/Amogus: Oh boy and right off the bat, I’m talking about a meme that’s mildly annoying. Among Us as far as I can remember was released in June 2018 and it blew up in September 2020. Even Me and my Older sister dipped our toes into this game, however it wasn’t until the 8-10 year old kids decided to dip their toes into this game and it somehow ruined this game entirely. Just like how those kids ruined Fortnite, and we all know that this game is cringe worthy, Not to mention This game has a bunch of rip-offs and has appeared in several mobile game ads. And they’re way too suggestive for my liking, Anyways, It was a great game until it got ruined by those kids. 3/10

#2: Woman Yelling At A Cat: According to an article on Know Your Meme “This Meme originated from “The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” With a Screencap of cast members Taylor Armstrong and Kyle Richards along with a picture of a confused-looking cat sitting behind a dinner table. The format gained popularity across the web in mid-June 2019 and the cat was later identified as Smudge The Cat.” Anyways this meme gained several fanart with different characters and all in all it’s very interesting for a meme in 2019. 9/10

And #1: Bone Apple Tea/ Bone App The Teeth: This meme has an unknown origin but as far as I know, it’s what happens when you don’t know how to spell a word usually in a foreign language and uses other words to at least try to spell said word, Like for example: Someone doesn’t know how to spell Bon Appetit, so they would usually spell it as Bone Apple Tea or Bone App The Teeth. Some other prime examples Include Porch Of Geese, Suck Seed, Soup Of Side And Lack Toast In Toddler Ants. Anyways some of these pronunciations are pretty funny and the one that I can go back to. 10/10 Masterpiece!

Hey everyone, And I can finally do another one of those articles! So I kinda had to wait until I’m finished with an interview with one of the students in my school. Anyways you already know the rules at this point right? #3 Don’t Let Your Kids Watch It: This quote comes from Robbie Rotten during the trailer for Season 3 of the Icelandic kids TV show LazyTown. Most meme makers use this scene in various parody videos on Youtube ridiculing the video shown as inappropriate or suggestive or to TV shows that have been mildly criticized like Teen Titans GO and other hated Shows. Anyways I don’t have anything else to say, also this will be the last time i’ll rate anything from that show for now, Also it gets a 9/10.

#2 It’s Over 9,000: This meme is a classic, It was originally said by Vegeta in the english dubbed Version of the manga and anime series Dragon Ball Z, The episode this meme comes from is “The Return Of Goku” Which originally aired In April of 1997. In this episode the main protagonist of the series Goku comes back to earth from intense training in the other world. Anyways I’m not gonna tell you the whole story because I don’t want to say any spoilers, the scene from the episode was uploaded by someone on Youtube who will remain anonymous. Anyways classic meme, Also classic anime 10/10 Masterpiece.

#1 Canned Bread: This is probably the first time I've ever rated a meme from Spongebob Squarepants, anyways this meme comes from the episode Squidville which aired on April 28th, 2001. this scene revolves around Squidward, one of the main characters in the show walking around a grocery store and discovering that they sell Canned Bread. Just like “Don’t Let Your Kids Watch It” This scene gained a bunch of parodies On Instagram and on Youtube, One of the prime examples being the use of other memes such as Wocky Slush, Glizzy, and the more recent meme Lean. anyways Great Meme and an Amazing Show, 9/10.

Hey everyone, I’m back; if you’re wondering where i've been it’s because I had to host our school’s performances and that along with a few personal things has prevented me from doing what I love and that is ranking stuff so anyways for those of you who are new here, this is what I do: I take three memes, talk about each of them, and then rank them on a scale of one to ten with 1 being utterly terrible and 10 being a masterpiece. Anyways without further ado, Let’s jump into it!!

#3: Guys Look A Birdie: This Meme comes from the Teen Titans Go Episode, Brain Food, The scene involves one of the main characters Cyborg telling the other titans that there’s “a birdie” outside of the Titans Tower and Robin tells him that “It’s Pretty” and that they should catch it, they then run straight into the window of the tower, This meme of course gained a bunch of edits just like the other memes I talked about and a bunch of other stuff that I won’t go into. This meme is a bit funny but the show itself is very mediocre, 4/10

#2: 64 Bits, 32, Bits, 16 Bits: Here we have another Angry Video Game Nerd Meme, This meme is from the episode where he talks about the Tiger Electronic Games. In one part of the episode he talks about wrist games from them, then he names the several different bits some of which The Nerd made up. The funny part is where he yells out “THE WRIST GAME!!!” And of course his rant on those Tiger Games, speaking of which he inspired me to do my rant article on microwaves. Anyways it’s a great meme and of course James Rolfe will always be an inspiration to many gamers and meme makers alike. 10/10 MASTERPIECE

#1: Tom & Jerry: This Show started all the way back in the 1950s (I think.) and nobody even knew that this particular show could have meme potential, like there are many meme templates for this specific show such as: Tom Reading A Newspaper, Tom Shrugging, I Know Jerry Ate The Cheese, Buff Tom, and many more. As I said before, no one ever knew the show could have some meme potential, anyways this is dragging on too long so… 7/10

So this is yet another 3 memes ranked, So I want to move away from doing ranking meme articles because I've been doing this since October and I feel like I've ranked all of my favorite memes so I’m just gonna end it here for now, Anyways this Is Helfry Flores Signing Off.

#5 You’re A Poopy Head: Here’s yet another Angry Video Game Nerd Meme, It basically came from a video where he responds to the Nostalgia Critic and at one point both the nerd and the critic would both call each other names (Keep in mind that this video came out In 2008 so some of these names are too... old school for you to remember) and here’s the point where I say this meme gained a bunch of popularity somewhere in early April of 2019 where an instagram user posted a fake edit of a fake Facetime call of The Nerd provoking Ninja, and then a similar edit with tyler1 was released a week later and the rest was history. Anyways this meme was a bit obscure compared to the other AVGN Memes but it’s somewhat funny, 6/10.

#4 My Name Is Jeff: This quote was uttered by Greg Jenko played by Channing Tatum in a falsetto voice from a scene in the 2014 action comedy film 22 Jump Street, this clip of the quote was mainly used a lot on Youtube and Vine of course there are a couple things I wanna talk about but I wanna get through this quickly so that I can be done with this article, so this meme is good but it’s way too repetitive, 4/10.

#3 Henry Stickmin’s Distraction Dance: The Meme basically came from the fifth entry to the Henry Stickmin Series: Fleeing the Complex, however only the remastered version is depicted. It involves henry doing a dance to distract the guards and eventually his “Partner” Ellie joins in on them dancing, the dance then made a return In Completing the Mission along with a few other dances you might know such as The Dab & The Torture Dance from Jojo’s Bizzare adventure. Anyways this meme was good when it became popular but it clearly didn’t age well. 2/10

#2 Exposed Nerve Prank: Here’s another meme that recently blew up, The exposed nerve prank is labeled as “A Fun Prank You Can Do On Your Friends!” The comic where the meme first came from Is very very creepy, you can tell by the character’s face on the right in the second panel. The 3D version is very funny because of the holy music near the end. Anyways very funny meme, would not recommend showing it to someone who gets scared easily 7/10

#1 Spongebob Squarepants: And here we have the final meme i’m (probably) gonna be ranking, and it’s a popular TV Show from nickelodeon, now Spongebob Squarepants is what I would call A Goldmine for Memes It’s got more memes than the Youtube Poops and Tom & Jerry combined. I’m not gonna name all of them cuz there’s a lot of them but i’ll show you some of my favorite ones

SpongeGar/ Primitive Sponge: This scene came from the episode SB-129 and has been used for reaction memes on 4chan.

Patrick Hates This Channel: This meme comes from the episode Squidville with Patrick Star saying “I hate this channel” it’s also used as a reaction for several TV Shows and films

And finally, Moar Krabs: This meme shows an odd-looking version of Mr Krabs from the episode Jellyfish Hunter, this is commonly used in YTPs, usually paired with the song Gentle Breeze from Trauma Center: Under The Knife 2.

All in all, the memes from Spongebob are always very funny, and I'm really hoping that this show never dies. 10/10: MASTERPIECE!!!

#3, We Have Food at Home: This meme basically revolves around asking your mom for McDonald’s and your mom tell you that “We have food at home” and you probably make cereal from ice or something that could give Gordon Ramsey nightmares, Also I’m actually surprised that they don’t ask their mom for Burger King or Taco Bell, mostly because they’re not as popular as McDonald’s. Anyways Very exquisite meme, I might probably make a comic about it someday. 8/10

#2, THE SKELETON APPEARS: This meme is used as a bait-and-switch format and the song used for it comes from Kirby Mass Attack called “The Skull Gang” the song even has a version with lyrics Made by Juno Songs, go check him out He makes great FNF Songs with Lyrics! Also It was used as a viral spread throughout Twitter and Youtube, Anyways Somewhat great meme, albeit also very repetitive. 4/10

#1, Abdul Cisse’s FNAF Beatbox: This meme is basically just about Abdul beatboxing the Five Nights at Freddy’s Song by The Living Tombstone, Again go check them out they also make really great remixes. Besides that, it really is a great meme. I would definitely listen to it again. 9/10

Hey Everyone, Helfry here and I’m back with another ranking meme article for you guys, I decided to make this article to make it up for you guys because I’ve been procrastinating a lot so here you go, anyways most of you guys already know what I do at this point so let’s get this over with!!

#1 Comic Sans: I’m going to write this entire section in this font just to see if people would get mad, anyways this is one of the most hated fonts alongside Papyrus, heck two characters in the game Undertale were named after these two fonts, Not to mention there were also movements to just straight up ban comic sans and you can even find said font in the wild. It’s almost like it’s taking over the world. Yeah I hate this font as much as the next guy but seriously It’s going to take over the world if we don’t stop it. Anyways it gets a 2/10 because if I rank it any higher I'll end up floating on a raft 3 days later.

#2 Jontron: You may remember that I put one of the Jontron memes back in November I think, and it’s about him booting up a Commodore 64 game and it made some random noises and it was actually the noise it makes when booting up. Well there are more memes about him but due to time constraints I’m only going to name one of them, He is mostly used as reaction faces such as…

I’ll Take Your Entire Stock: This meme is from one of his videos about Flex Tape which is actually a sequel, at one point he sarcastically acts unimpressed with a product until he sees that it works underwater to which he cries out “I’ll Take Your Entire Stock” It started to spread on Reddit and eventually Youtube and the rest is history, Anyways he’s a very funny youtuber, Go check him out and for that he gets a 9/10

#3 Beam Attack: This meme comes from when Youtuber Failboat played Kirby Planet Robobot On the Nintendo 3DS, A Waddle Doo tries to at least hurt Kirby using his “Beam Attack” but then ends up in meme heaven, BT Dubs This scene was all in the video “The Most Terrifying Kirby Game” Eventually There would be many animated remakes of said meme the earliest known animation is a retro version using sprites from Kirby’s Adventure on The NES. Anyways great meme would definitely watch again 9/10

Hey everyone and it’s that time of year again, the spookiest month of the year October and I figured why not do a spooky version of my ranking memes article. So let’s just jump straight into it.

#1: The Berserk Skeletons. Also known as the Hater Skeletons or “You Should Have Died!” This meme originated In The anime titled “Berserk” In episode 2  “Band Of the Hawk” It blew up back In February when an anonymous TikTok User decided to Cyberbully The pioneer of PNGtubers Jelly Bean (Please note that Class V62 does not condone cyberbullying, or any form of bullying in general!) And the meme is often paired with Smoke by Cowbell Cult. By the way, this song was so good it made me play it on loop. Anyways great meme, very catchy song although it actually encourages cyberbullying. 6/10 

#2: Spooky Scary Skeletons. This song originated all the way back in the mid 90s as a children’s song by Andrew Gold, The song was then edited into an old Disney short film back in 1929 called “Skeleton Dance” (Yes, literally a year after Steamboat Willie came out) And then On Halloween of 2013 “The Living Tombstone” Released a dubstep remixed version of the song, This was actually before they made hit Songs for Five Nights At Freddy’s. However the music video was taken down due to copyright issues with Universal Music Group, (I hate them by the way.) Anyways this song will always be the national anthem for “Spooktober” and for that it gets a 9/10

#1: Sr. Pelo’s Spooky Month Saga. This Section is going to be entirely in my words because I couldn’t find an article on it in Know Your Meme, Anyways the first entry of the saga was released on October 30th 2018 just a day before Halloween and it revolves around two kids named Skid and Pump just going around the streets telling people that “It’s Spooky Month!” And then Pelo released “Spooky Month 2: The Stars” On November 16 the next year and this is when we start getting some lore behind this series, It starts off as normal but then near the end the kids encounter a giant monster, Skid manages to befriend the monster by showing him the “Spooky Dance.” and this is the part where I could’ve talked about more of the lore on this saga but I’m not going to because of time constraints, so i’ll leave the rest up to you. Anyways This is such an amazing series and I hope it gets another entry this year, 9/10

(Note: Sr. Pelo actually did make another entry on this saga called tender treats, I haven't watched it yet but I bet it's really good!)

Anyways You may remember I recently posted a halloween edition of my ranking memes article as a somewhat anniversary edition, so I might as well do another one for the sake of my sanity, now let’s move on to the memes.

#3, Dr. Livesey Walk: This meme actually comes from a soviet cartoon, Treasure Island, not to be confused with a popular and beloved FNAF Fan Game of the same name, just like with any meme nowadays It first started getting popular on TikTok and eventually Youtube. Just like the Beam Attack meme This meme also received a bunch of animated remakes of it Some of which being a Castlevania Version, A Kirby 64 Version, and even a gif version with Ed, Edd n Eddy. This meme really is a literal walking powerhouse (but eventually not for long) and because of that it gets a 10/10 It truly is a Masterpiece.

#2,  The DK Rap: This meme song comes from the N64 Game, Donkey Kong 64, it was developed by a british company Rareware, and was Published by Nintendo in 1999,  it’s lyrics has appeared in many Parodies over the few years, the song simply talks about the different kongs: Namely Donkey Kong, Tiny Kong, Lanky Kong, Diddy Kong, and Chunky Kong In that order. Part of the lyrics has also appeared in memes such as the coconut gun, which is Donkey Kong’s main weapon in the game. As the lyrics imply “His Coconut gun can fire in spurts. If He shoots ya, It’s gonna hurt.” According to The January 2002 Issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly this line was named the fourth worst game line ever. Anyways the song eventually got popular when the Youtuber SiIvaGunner posted a video called “DK Rap (Unused Version)” and then a youtuber named brentalfloss created a parody Of the DK Rap along with the infamous line “ And then there’s Chunky, he’s dead.” Anyways, This section is going on for too long. #1, I’m Already Tracer: This meme comes from the “glory days” of Tik Tok, the quote itself comes from the song “No Mercy”  by The Living Tombstone, however the meme was born when two anonymous Tik Tokers decided to do a duet on this song. But something seems fishy to the girl, allow me to address the elephant in the room: Her controller’s not even connected. This is one thing I hate about gamers, it’s the “Fake Gamer Girls” By the way If you want me to talk about more things that gamers do that make me either very uncomfortable or makes my blood boil then be my guest and let me know in the comments below. Going back on topic, the meme seemingly blew up all the way back in 2018 and also got many variants and duets on Tik Tok. Anyways, okay meme but extremely cringey. 3/10

Hey Everyone, and I'm back doing what I do best. And that is ranking a bunch of memes for you guys. However I'm thinking about doing something a little different for a few articles only, I’m going to be letter grading the memes so this can only go very well, you already know the deal at this point. I talk about a little history of said memes and then rank them (or rather letter grade them) on a high or low scale, so in this case an A+ is a high ranking whereas an F is a low ranking. Alright let’s not waste any time and just jump into it!

#3, Half Life: this game was created by Valve Corporation back in 1998 and this game has gained a cult following the past few decades, then valve decided to make Half Life 2 In 2004 which I assumed expanded on the first game I might be wrong about this, they are planning on a third entry In the series but it appears that valve is having a hard time counting to 3, I would tell you a snippet of the gameplay and lore but that would be time consuming so i’ll leave it for you to find out. Anyways this game alongside Team Fortress 2 is well known for its SFM and Gmod Animations alongside a bunch of other media such as YTPs, Fanart, And Comics. #2, Romeo Cannady’s “Y’all Mind If I Praise The Lord?”: According to Know Your Meme This meme revolves around “a choreographer named Romeo Cannady energetically dancing to “Revolution” by Kirk Franklin.” This meme did also gain a cult following with a green screen version of Cannady’s dance, afterwards people went crazy with said green screen. Anyways as always I don’t have enough time to talk about the rest of the history So it gets a B-, It’s obviously both an underrated and overrated meme at the same time.

And Lastly #1, The Awesome Face/Epic Smiley: Here we have another one of those ancient memes from 2007. According to Chris Ainsworth, this cute little face was actually part of a little series of emoticons designed for the Pokemon- Related web forum called Pokemonopolis. I was actually quite intrigued by this meme that I turned it into a fighting robot whose moveset revolves around modern memes and old memes from Yester-year; It even has its very own theme song, How cool is that? Anyways this meme is such a classic and because of that, it gets an A+ It’s really sad that it’s now dead but it will live on in Most o.g. memer’s hearts.

Hello everyone And welcome back to another Episode of “Helfry Letter Grades Some Memes While Also Talking About Its Origins” The Revival.  Remember In my last ranking memes article where I Letter graded the memes instead of rating them on a scale of 1 to 10? Well I decided that i’m gonna do this two more times and if a few select people think it’s good then i’ll make this an occasional thing. Anyways you already know the drill, let’s jump into this loophole.

#3, The Koopa Dance: A good friend of mine who’s also a fellow news crew member has already talked about this meme so I’ll be keeping this a bit brief. The meme first originated in the New Super Mario Bros series more specifically “New Super Mario Bros Wii” on the Nintendo Wii, In most of the music in this game and throughout the entire series you'll hear a “bah” sound this signature sound somehow makes the Goombas jump and the Koopas swing their arms to the beat. The meme became extremely popular on TikTok and people have been making skits involving the Koopas dancing at unfortunate or life threatening events and the rest is history. Anyways this meme really encapsulates both humor and satire and because of that it gets an A+

#2, Windows XP: This is quite possibly the most nostalgic Microsoft engine out of all of the other engines, for me I grew up with Windows 7 but I do kinda remember using windows xp. But let’s just say I didn’t know that two of the most memorable sounds on Windows XP are the critical error sound and the startup sound, not to mention people have been making music with these sounds plus some of the other windows engines. I would talk more about this but I feel that it’s dragging on for too long, so it gets an A- mostly because Some of these remixes are an astounding meh.

#3, Nyan Cat: Man it’s been a while since i’ve ranked a meme from yester-year but here we are. According to Know Your Meme “The original animation came from a daily comics site called LOL-COMICS; it was created by illustrator Chris Torres on April 2nd, 2011. The original drawing was based on his own Russian blue cat and was drawn after receiving two separate suggestions for a cat and a pop tart during a Red Cross Charity drawing event on Livestream.” It wasn’t until April 5th, 2011 3 days after the original drawing was published on a site that I've never heard of until now. A youtuber known as saraj00n posted a video simply titled “Nyan Cat” they used prguitarman’s (Chris’ Username) Poptart Cat animation and the music used was actually a vocaloid song that I will not name and then It somehow blew up, it was seen on BuzzFeed, Tumblr, Facebook, and many more. However the original saraj00n video was taken down due to a copyright infringement from prguitarman but he didn’t actually file any claims according to prguitarman himself, I assume someone thought they stole the picture but I digress. Anyways this meme get’s a B- because of how annoying the song gets after some time

Hey everyone and holy moly it’s been like 3 months since the last ranking meme article, I can’t believe it’s been a while but anyways I decided to bring back the 1 to 10 scale since I experimented the letter grading and it went very well for me; for now the 1 to 10 scale will stick around for the the entire series but I will shake things up with the letter grades, anyways with that intro out of the way let’s get started!! (Oh and by the way all of the sources i’ve cited come from the internet archive Know your meme, I honestly can’t believe I haven’t done this since late 2021 so I might as well state it for those of you who don't know and I will be saying this from this point onwards, anyways let’s get on with it.)

#1: Meme Approved By Knuckles, this meme comes from the sonic boom tv series where some of the characters were given bandages around their hands, It’s origin is from “Mayor Knuckles” which aired on May 6th, 2015 here in America where Knuckles (who is somehow jacked in this series) becomes mayor for the day and people began to take note of him saying “meme” instead of “me”. This meme started to peak in April of 2020 when we were all trapped in our houses due to a certain bat virus; There were even certain outcomes such as knuckles denying your meme, him making your meme illegal, him not deciding whether to approve the meme or not, and so much more… Hey wait a minute I rank the memes and knuckles approves the memes, I think we make for a great dynamic duo within meme culture, this meme may be a bit satirical but cool nonetheless, 9/10

#2: Deez Nuts, Most of you guys may think that it comes from WelvenDaGreat telling a friend that deez nuts came in the mail but let’s go a bit deeper, According to Know your meme and I’m learning this just now like you guys it’s origins date all the way back in 1992 with Dr. Dre’s skit track funnily titled “Deeez Nuuuts.” where in the beginning of the song Warren G can be heard telling the joke to a woman on the phone! The More You Know, anyways about two decades and a half later someone decided to put deez nuts as a candidate for US President and i’m not making this up when I say this, some actually did this. I bet they had plenty of time in their hands because that’s just ridiculous. Anyways great meme albeit way too repetitive, 4/10

And now it’s time for the moment you’ve been waiting for…

#1: Let Me Do It For You, this meme Is probably one of the first rabbit holes i’ve ever experienced so let me explain this in the fastest way possible: back in february last year Some instagram user who is now disabled who I won’t named decided to sing Cellophane by FKA Twigs in Miss Piggy’s voice and then someone put a piano verse over the singing verse, and then a year later someone put those two verses into videos of their pet borzoi dog and the rest is history. Seriously my head is spinning from whatever the heck that was, but overall this meme is pretty cute but this meme is just mind boggling, 7/10. Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of Helfry Ranks Memes Season 2: The Revival. I don't have much else to say except that it is now the month of may. And one more thing the following origins of the memes were all cited on Know Your Meme, Now Let’s jump into it

#1 Metal Pipe Falling SFX: this sound is exactly what it sounds like: a LONG metal pipe hitting the ground, the sound was first used by some youtuber who I will not name for their sake and it would not peak until two years later on both Youtube and TikTok on november of 2022 and the rest is history. Anyways I honestly don’t get this meme but it’s way too loud. 4/10

#2 Mario Paint: This game, if you could even call it that, is basically an art program for the Super Nintendo. It is one of the few games that require the SNES Mouse. If you have that then you’re good; If you don’t have it then good luck trying to traverse through the different menus with the controller. Anyways the real star of the show is not only the paint section but also the music composition section. Seriously, People have made over 9000 pieces of music using This innocent art program; I gotta say these people are pretty impressive and creative when it comes to music, there is also a minigame where you swat flies with a swatter but that often gets overshadowed by the two programs I just listed above. Anyways it’s a great “game”, I would like to play it someday 9/10.

#3 The Gummy Bear Song: Look For the Gummy Bear album in stores on November 13th, with lots of music, videos and extras! Sorry i just had to put that in there but this song is simply the “Baby Shark” Of us 2000’s kids, also it comes in several languages too so that’s a plus. It was written by German composer Cristian Schnider and the Gummibär’s popularity is often compared to Axel F and his song Crazy Frog, Let me know in the comments if you want me to rank that song in the future anyways this song is such a nostalgic masterpiece and because of that it instantly gets a 10/10.
