Many people in our age group may not know the joy of Schoolhouse Rock. Schoolhouse Rock was a funny cartoon musical that came out in 1973 and ended in 2009. They made songs for kids about different subjects but many were academic and helped kids learn. My favorite songs are “Interplanet Janet”, “Conjunction Junction”, “Figure 8”,“I’m Just a Bill” and “Electricity”. These bring back great memories and helped me learn many things, even math skills! For example, the “Number 25” song in 2002. I learned about adjectives, government processes, numbers, adding, rhyming, and just different facts. Learning about these through songs helps with memory and you can’t help but feel joyous when you listen to them! What is your favorite Schoolhouse Rock song? What did it help you learn?

Every day, we browse the internet. We use the internet to look up news stories, get info on Coronavirus, Delta Variant, and Omicron, or if you are like me, you also look up elevators, electric gates and laundry machinery, your childhood home/apartment building, Mr. Incredible becoming Uncanny, or just to watch SMG4, FNF and SML videos or your favorite reactor or gamer on YouTube. All of those that were mentioned are a paradise of positivity. However, some negativity lurks around YouTube. Inside the comment sections, There are “bots” that comment links to inappropriate websites. You are able to report the comment. But more bots proceed to appear in newer videos. You might get an unusual email with a scam link. One link will either lead to a “prize giveaway”, while the other one will lead to an inappropriate website. If you are smart enough to ask a parent for help or if you can settle this on your own, you block the scammer on your email account and maybe report it. And talking to strangers on the internet is another thing. This occurs on Omegle. You never know when the stranger is either a serial killer or an overall sweet person. Another thing to learn about is threats… threatening someone to do this or they’ll do something is also another reason to report and block the person threatening you. So, what I’m trying to say is, if you don’t know what to do in situations like this, ask your parents or guardian for help on what to do, unless you already know what to do.

Last week was the grand opening of “The Dollar Snack Store”, Class V62’s small vocational business venture.
On Thursday we split into two groups, a group on the second floor outside the cafeteria and the other group, on the 5th floor outside the dance studio by the roof. I was part of the 2nd-floor cafeteria crew. Every snack and drink was at the price of a dollar. No more, no less.
Business on the 2nd floor was booming. We had prime real estate. Ms. Sarah came back from the 5th floor to inform us that the 2nd floor was a much better location and had more student traffic. Next week, the upstairs crew will join us downstairs. When the weather gets warmer, they will return to the 5th floor when students go outside on the roof.
Since it was our first day, there were some ups and downs. The tables weren’t delivered on time, and we had to change our setup multiple times, but overall it was a success! As we continue selling on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I know things will improve.
So far, we sell Gatorade, water, chips, starbursts, cookies, skittles, pop-tarts, and kit kat bars at our shop. We plan on selling snacks that our class has cooked by ourselves in the near future.
The items we sold were based on survey results collected and analyzed in December-January. We may add more items to our menu depending on sales and student interest.
There were a few obstacles in starting our store, particularly the snack delivery from Costco. The snacks were supposed to be delivered on Friday the 28th but arrived on Monday, January 31st. Ms. Sarah then locks it so no one and no one, in particular, eats our business food. Both halves of our class were given one cash register box each with a three-digit code that was generated by Ms. Sarah. The black one was given to the fifth-floor half, and the white one was given to the second-floor half. I am glad to tell you about our grand opening and wish to tell you more unless Ms. Sarah wants someone else to talk about the snack shop's progress so far.

It’s not every day you fall in love with a game, or a game mod. *cough* Garcello Whitty Kapi Tabi FNF MOD *cough*
Today, I composed an article about the highest effort Baldi’s Basics mods of 2018 and 2019 of my choice. The first time I heard about Baldi was in an SMG4 video. All I can say is the video consists of how Mario screwed up by answering math questions from Baldi until Mario said 3+2=5. This implies Baldi DESPISES wrong math answers. There are other characters in the game named Principal of the Thing, Playtime girl, Gotta Sweep, 1st prize, Arts and Crafters, and It’s a Bully. The game itself is supposed to be a mockery of various horror games that start cute and sweet and turn from 0 to 100 very freaking fast. Solve all three questions on notebook 1 and you get a shiny quarter for a prize. Question three on notebooks 2-7 are a jumbled mess of numbers. Three out of four exits close off with a loud noise playing and everything turning red. Breaking a rule will lead you into detention for 15 seconds. The time gets extended as you break more rules in the sight of the principal everywhere you go. The game also comes with an archived field trip demo thing where it’s something we see in the actual full game. After the SMG4 Baldi video, I watched many gameplays of the game itself. As the summer progressed, mods started spewing out. There is also a tape player in detention. An anti-hearing tape is located in the faculty rooms in the game. Inserting it into the tape player distracts Baldi from chasing you. Low-effort mods and High-effort mods are everywhere on the platform. Let’s dive into the high-effort mods. All misspelling is for comedic purposes..
Number 14: Garfelf’s Guide to a Great Lasaga.
You are some spoiled brat/player dude named Jordan who has to collect 7 Lasagasnas located in the House of Mystical Wonders that is owned by John arbuclé. Be careful though. The shiny quarter is a Garfield Coin. Three variations of Garflelelf and two variations of Odie will be after your Lasana-fixated buttock. The game mod is also loud when it comes to getting an answer wrong, John raging at you after STEALING his lasananas, triggering a wandering Odie at 7 lasalanagalas, or an alive broom thing who appears to behave idiotic. Everyone in the game mod also curses, so I’d recommend you’d watch out for the swears. The mod itself was created by “CubeMasterPro” and is based on a parody of the Garfield franchise by PilotRedSun. All misspelling was intentional. CMP also turned this joke mod into a literate story arc. 7 was the final part to the Garfelelel trilogy. Due to the community just BEGGING him to create more to the series, he wanted to stop and also regretted it. He also released Part 6 and ended it on a literate cliffhanger until part 7.
Number 13: Baldi's in a wheelchair
A Baldi joke mod created by MissingTextureMan101 where Baldi became disabled and uses a wheelchair to catch you. He swears in the title screen because this was inspired by a Deltarune meme of Jevil in a wheelchair. Codes modified are Baldi being 1st prize, 1st prize's code being to excruciate you, he knows where you are, and Playtime Girl wants to do 7 jumps.
Number 12: Billy’s Basic Educational Game.
You venture into the Well Made House of Well Made Stuff, which is operated by no one other than Billy. His house characters being a Gaming Computer, an alive broom who wants to ruin everybody’s lives, a Vending machine that actually STEALS from you, an Increible Principal, a guy named Shy John, and a well made hugging robot. When three out of four exits are locked off, everything just gets darker. In previous versions of the mod, there was a different broom and different hugging robot. When three out of four exits are locked off, you are equipped with a flashlight as everything proceeds to get darker. The shiny quarter goes by the weird name of a “Yarney.” It’s a weirdly well made name if you ask me. Billy doesn’t equip you with a Yarney after solving all three questions on notebook/object/glove 1. However, he did in the very first version of the game mod though. In previous versions, you had to collect 7 objects. In the full version, you have to collect gloves. This mod also comes with a field trip demo mod and an 11 (originally 9) years later mod where everything is abandoned. “11 years later” is based on Garfelf’s Guide 2, where everything is rundown and overall creepy. The original Billy mod also got revamped, we also see Billy’s son. The image asset of him is just a modified image asset of the original Billy. Billy also chases you faster than Baldi. Triggering Shy John will be a pain for your ears. And so will the sound of the second and third exit closing down. Make sure headphones are off! Billy chases you a bit slower in the full version. If you want to be one with the gods of the well made stuff, then share the well made house on TikTok. In the chalkboards, it says Billy can't walk and instead uses a machine to move to get places. This is probably seen in his Angry speite assets. A mod which was inspired for this one was called "Saintza's Basics." Which takes place in a Well Designed House of Well Designed Stuff. The mod was formerly named "Saintza's Basic Math Game."
Number 11: Denied’s Basics.
You are a different player enrolled in a school. The teacher’s name is “Denied Cellar.” His body resembles Baldi’s. He only has one arm for some reason?… You are to collect 7 paper scrolls. The math questions that are given to you lack subtraction problems. It’s mostly addition and multiplication. In the original Baldi, the math questions lack multiplication problems. When you make him mad, he chases you as fast as Billy. This is also the first mod to be reprogrammed to be harder than the original Baldi. Seeing the amount of times people couldn’t beat the game, the creator decided to input a “ Mod Menu '' created by Fasguy. The mod menu is capable of any version of Baldi starting from v.1.2.2-present version. The creator reprogrammed everything in update 4 after implementing the mod menu. The Mod Menu also made an appearance in the Billy mod. In update 5, the creator decided to make some people look demon possessed for some reason. When update 6 arrived, everyone was demon possessed. The characters in the game mod go by the name of: Gonzalo, (friend of Denied) an epileptic sister of the original Playtime Girl, an alive screwdriver, (formerly an alive spiked broom) a Roblox online dater who stole a wheelchair, and some other guy named Billy. Loudness warning if you trigger him. The alive stealing vending machine first appeared in this game mod, resulting in him to reappear in the Billy mod. The shiny quarter goes by the name of “Shiny Manei”. (Money.) The Denied mod was based off of the creator’s friend with the nickname being “Denied Cellar.” In version 1, the detention time is infinite. The detention time is also hidden overall in the game as updates progress. The sound of the OG Baldi anti-hearing tape was also replaced with a random loud noise.
Number 10: Captain’s Basic Adventure in a broken ship.
The mod takes place underwater in the past. Specifically 1985. You are called by Captain Gonzalo to find 7 random ship parts that presumably scattered all over after the ship broke down. He chases you at the speed of Billy in the full version of the Billy mod. Everything gets dark after answering one problem wrong. And it gets even darker when three out of four exits are locked. Other characters consist of Bob, who is the father of Billy, an anti-catch human, who appears to be a LITERATE QUESTION MARK WITH A FORCE FIELD, A jump rope machine that goes by the name of BETA (2.43). A mechanic who claims to not be a mechanic and has a similar body to Gotta Sweep in the original Baldi. The last character in Basic Adventure is a shy worker who will deafen your ears when you trigger him while wearing headphones as you play the game mod. Fasguy Mod Menu? Yes. All mods listed 12 to 10 are created by “Le Billy.” Le Billy was showcasing a revamped version of Denied’s Basics. But after some thoughts over time, after Baldi v1.4.3 update was released, he decided to downgrade OG Denied’s Basics from update 6 to update 3. Over time, he lost interest in the Baldi modding trend. Sad day for those of us who really loved his work. All music heard in the Le Billy Mods are original.
Number 9: Baldi’s Randomness 1.4v.
Baldi’s Randomness 1.4v is a mod for the v1.4 update of the OG Baldi. A glitch where the swing door lock doesn’t work on the swing door next to two classrooms occurs in the update. This was resolved in the v1.4.1 update. The thinkpad also consists of actual numbers in the game now. Gotta Sweep’s bristles are dark in the update. To start this mod off, the title menu and school music have a dizziness effect. Baldi, Principal, and Playtime Girl have different outfits throughout the whole mod. Baldi’s clothes are brown all over, the Principal’s outfit consists of a blue shirt,The music for Playtime Girl and Baldi’s thinkpad are replaced with actual music that actually goes hard, as the ghetto would say. The windows have a Censored sign, the fencing is in the form of emoji faces, and the exterior (minus swing doors) walls are blue. Arts and Crafters is disguised as a lion, Gotta Sweep is disguised as Arts and Crafters, 1st prize looks tired and his heart is blue, and It’s a Bully is disguised as a “manifestation” of his entire head. The sound of the anti-hearing tape is also replaced with an audio recording of famous crazy loud Chilean metro performer Rafael Budu playing his rendition of Chileno de Corazon. As a result, I did a Baldi animation with the original Video audio in May 2019. I decided to remaster it in 2022 and take out what the original guy yelled was various swears. Voice audio in the original game remains unchanged. If you just want to immerse yourself with random stuff, go ahead. The jingle for when you get an answer wrong was edited with a bunch of reverberation. The notebooks are just books. Nonbooks specifically.
Number 8: Jim(Baldi’s) Inferno 1.4v
The mod takes place in a school in a fire dimension, with Baldi and friends operating it. Baldi’s appearance has the consistency of his skin being red, actual hair in the form of a fire above his head, dark red clothing, and a yellow cape. Everyone basically looks like a demon. However, It’s a Bully, Arts and Crafters and 1st prize are actually replaced in this mod. Playtime Girl and Baldi’s frown emotions are modified. All OG game music except the playtime girl music were modified. The jingle for when you get an answer wrong is different. Gotta sweep is more reddish.
Number 7: Catalina Wonders 1.3.2v
This mod numbered 7, along with all mods numbered 14, 12, 11, 10, 9, 2, and 1 are mods for Baldi v.1.3.2. All mods before 8 were mods of Baldi v1.3.2 before update v1.4 came out. Number 13 was a mod for v.1.4.3 of Baldi. The mod creator just decided to do a mod for Baldi v.1.3.2. The characters seen in this mod are characters from another game with another fandom called “Cookie Run.” That game would be perfect for Tricky the Clown and Cookie Monster. All cookie run characters end with the word “Cookie” in their name.” So Catalina = Coffee Cookie. You are greeted by her in another totally different school with light orange walls. You have to collect 7 coffees for literally a reason that I don’t even know why. Other characters seen in the game mod go by the name of Brighttime, Messy Matt, Sweeper 3000, Cocoa, and Armour Truck. All music in the mod is completely original. Most characters in the mod are girls.
Number 6: Ruby Tinkers Future Education 1.4v.
The mod takes place in a school that has the consistency of TECHNOLOGY FROM THE FUTURE. Playtime girl is a disc jockey in the mod. Other characters in this mod are named Guava, Monita, (not to be confused with Monika) Mr. Allen, and Demon Sweep. As usual, Ruby is the antagonist. You have to collect 7 rods to get out of the futuristic school. Again, all music is original in that mod. I can picture Ruby and Catalina to have some sort of friendship.
Number 5: 1st prize’s Mania.
All that can be said is… Everybody is 1st prize. The floor, walls and ceiling are turquoise, like 1st prize’s body. The notebooks consist of 1st prize parts. The Baldi screamer audio is replaced with the scary maze game screamer audio and the slapping noise is replaced with a machinery noise. The character voice lines, Loud exit lockdown noises and Playtime girl music were also replaced with techno-type music.
Number 4: Principal Working in Education and Learning. (Principal Mania)
This is the very first mod for v1.4.1 of the original Baldi. The creator decided to use a text-to-speech voice for all the extra principals in the mod. All mods from 9 to 4 were created by Kracc, who formerly went by KrazzersKits.
Number 3: The Old Laboratory of Failure Experiments.
The old laboratory is a mod for Baldi that changes the entire school into a laboratory. Everybody inside the mod is freaking creepy. You are a person named Tila who was asked by Bolder to find 7 laboratory objects from the laboratory that is now abandoned. Why? Because the clone machine was broken. Like I said before, everybody is freaking creepy. An update to the mod consists of custom exit lockdown music with the noises from the original game in the background. The characters look worse than before. If you are brave enough to deal with nightmarish stuff like this, then be my guest. The win screen is replaced with a Baldi screamer. Creator: Sanspirate
Number 2: Medieval Edition
So basically, it’s Baldi’s Basics but in the medieval past. The notebooks are Craft Books, Baldi hits you with a trumpet instead of a ruler, and has the outfit of a jester. The Principal is a knight, Playtime Girl is a princess, Arts and Crafters is a wizard, overall everybody is wearing medieval outfits. Creator: The Wizard Royal
Number 1: Retro’s Basics In Fun Activities!
From what was originally gonna be a mod for the 1 year anniversary edition of the original Baldi is now a mod for v1.3.2 of Baldi, with the whole body of the school being modified! Everything is in a different place, and there is also a gymnasium, too! Everybody looks different, except for the reskinned Baldi, who is actually Retro. The slap noise is replaced with a powerful cymbal crash, and the mod is overall freaking amazing! Creator: GZOONK (same person who provided voice lines for wheelchair Baldi)

UPDATE FEBRUARY 27TH, 2022: OMG I POSTED AN ARTICLE ABOUT TWO PEOPLE WITHOUT REALIZING IT WAS TUESDAY, THE DAY OF THE TWOS! HOLY GUACAMOLE!
Hello everybody. Today I will talk about something that has intrigued me (and the fans) of Friday Night Funkin’. This thing was the most popular thing as of February 2021. After stage/week 6 of the original game was released weeks prior, a mod for Friday Night Funkin’ blew the community by storm. It wasn’t a generic reskin, or a song replacing the in-game song… It was a whole custom stage/week, modded in the game about a person with a bomb for a head named “Whitmore”. “Whitty” for short. The mod takes place in a random alleyway, where Whitty wants to be left alone, but The Boyfriend keeps on pestering him. A cutscene plays where Whitty rips up a poster of the father of The Girlfriend, who was an ex-rockstar. This is due to a rivalry they had in the past. Whitty in the dialogue tells The Boyfriend to leave him be, and all will be good. But instead of leaving him be, he chose the wrong path and decides to pester the bomb, starting off “Lo-Fight”. Lo-Fight is calm. The song starts off with the protagonist rap battling the opponent, and after the first two verses end, rap battle roles go back to the way it usually is. After the song ends, Whitty starts to get annoyed as he tells The Boyfriend to “Die in a ditch”, cueing “Overhead.” Overhead is energetically angry, ambient sirens are randomly thrown into the instrumental, which means Whitty is starting to lose it. After “Overhead” ends, Whitty finally snaps, as seen in the cutscene. The walls crack open, Whitty’s side of the stage are all neon-like, and Whitty is MAD. His irises are now in the form of icons of playstation buttons. Whitty then proceeds to say that “they '' have taken all he ever had in the dialogue. He then says “curse you and the filth that brought you into this world.” The “filth” he was referring to was probably his mother, and him saying it like that DEFINITELY indicates hatred and rage. “Ballistic” plays. The notes in Ballistic are INSANE on hard mode. There is way more than JUST triple timing on each verse. The drop of the song was worse. The Boyfriend does an interlude after the drop which definitely makes it easier. The first verses of Ballistic then play again, to conclude the song. Many people were raging because of the amount of times they lost to the raging bomb on Ballistic. The fandom took interest in him despite having an insane song. Memes of Whitty were done, mostly in his third phase on Ballistic. This then proceeded to create mods inspired by Whitty, thus creating a separate Wikipedia page for Friday Night Funkin’. Whitty’s regular icon was the tab icon for the page. The Girlfriend would usually be seen sitting on a trio of speakers, but in the Whitty mod, she is just standing with a boombox. One thing that remains the same is she still sways her head left and right like she usually does. In Ballistic, she is frightened by the loudness of the raging bomb, while Boyfriend is still determined to challenge him. This and other stuff made the Whitty mod a fan favorite in the community. Even one of the developers of the original game took place in creating the Whitty mod. Whitty has a literate electric guitar for a singing voice. On a flowery May of 2021, The Whitty mod came out with an update consisting of a new version of Ballistic added into the game, resulting in the previous version to be accessible only in freeplay, without him looking mad. The update also consists of a secret song where you rap battle against a guy with a cloud for a head. He goes by “Gabriel Updike.” He portrays Whitty as a dangerous creature which has led to a rivalry of bombhead and cloudhead where cloudhead chases after bombhead. Updike’s stage takes place in a jail cell. The Girlfriend is handcuffed because her family are demons making her a demon. Another reskin mod where a girl named Carol replaces Pico in week 3 with three custom songs was also a fan favorite, because some fans wanted her to be in a committed relationship with Whitty, or in this case, wanted to “Ship” her with Whitty. The mod reveals that she and the girlfriend are BFF’s, as in best friends forever. When the girls sit idle throughout all three songs, they both sway their head left and right. On a sweaty July of 2021, a “Date Week” starring Carol and Whitty was released to the public as a sendoff to the Whitty mod because the Whitty mod was getting WAY too much controversy. To make THOSE who have brutally criticized the Whitty mod face the consequences, the developers of Whitty have privatized the Whitty mod. In the first two songs named Whitroll and Perfume, Whitty and Carol are seen sitting on a table. In the final third song named Heartbass, Whitty and Carol were dancing outside at a fair. In all three songs, they are located in different areas (one per song). As they sing and rap battle, people pass by the couple. In Heartbass, during the buildup of Heartbass, Updike walks by. He then notices Whitty, and points his gun at the head of the bomb. At the drop of Heartbass, before he pulled the trigger, the crowd pops up out of nowhere at the exact time. Ending the mod on easy and normal modes lead to an end card. Ending the mod on hard leads to the end credits of the Date Week. All of this proves Whitty and Carol to be a fan favorite to the community and fans of Friday Night Funkin’.

He also has his own songs called “Underground”, “Low Rise” and “Hungry”. Low Rise and Hungry are free play songs making Underground the only story mode song. The mod got a “high quality” update weeks later. The update consists of bait-and-switch renditions of Lo-fight, Ballistic, all of the songs. These bait-and-switch songs were possible by Siivagunner. Siivagunner is the opposite of Gilvasunner, who had to delete his channel due to repetitive copyright strikes from Nintendo for uploading video game music from them. Siivagunner is a team that basically modifies a video game track to make it sound like another familiar melody. The melody can be from another game, or a popular meme song. When Siivagunner uploads a video game song, it’s usually just the videogame’s logo. But when it’s Friday Night Funkin, it’s a literate gameplay. Updike is nowhere in the definitive edition of Whitty because the creator wanted to separate them. Then, out of nowhere, the Original Whitty Mod was set to public mode again after months of it being in private mode. The creators then named it the “Legacy” edition.

Today, I write an article about the number two, on February 22nd, 2022. A group of two people is either a pair or a duo. If something was done two times, a short way to say that is they did it twice. Now, let's get on with this article. February, also known as month number TWENTY-TWO of the year, is TWENTY TWENTY-TWO. It was just not any random Tuesday of February in TWENTY TWENTY TWO, it was day number TWENTY TWO of the second month of the year. 02/22/2022. Yesterday was the day when the FINAL episode of “Arthur” aired. The next day on Two’sday, YouTube recommendations were flooded with the highlight from the episode “All Grown Up” consisting of all the recurring characters on “Arthur” being grown up. Wonderful kind of day, now, is it? Ironically, Corlear Gardens, Waldo Gardens, and Nathan Hale Gardens start off on floor TWO being the first floor with only apartments in the hallway due to actual floor ONE being a literate lobby. To make this way more ironic, Nathan Hale Gardens has TWENTY TWO stories on TWO sides!! I could have ridden an elevator in either building from floor one to floor two. (Minus Waldo Gardens), but I didn’t realize. I just didn’t realize. Tibbett Towers also is a fusion of two random buildings, but the first floor is a floor consisting of apartments only. The lobby there has its own floor. Other residential buildings also start from floor TWO-top floors. Others start from floor ONE-top floors. It is Crazy how we made it this far to a manifestation of twos. Anyways, see you on day 3!
Two years of Meggy's Destiny with episodes Meggy Moves In and Officer Meggy - An SMG4 article (MAJOR SPOILER ALERT, CLICK IF YOU DARE!)

Hey… so remember when I composed that article which is mostly about Meggy and Desti? The SMG4 movie Meggy’s Destiny consists of more characters than just the girls. It starts off with Meggy in her bed. She then recaps how she met Mario and started a friendship that formerly was cherishing, but overall just meh when it comes to them both going to college as of now. The next day, Meggy and her crew consisting of herself, Idiot Mario, Scaredy Luigi, and Tari, were ready to train for the final splatfest.
While Mario was hyped, Professor Elvin Gadd, or E. Gadd wanted to equip them with one of his inventions which was called the “Ink Boi 3000.” The Ink Boi 3000 allows you to transcend into the ink from inklings, octolings, or their splatter shots. Meggy got a hoverboard, Luigi got a chair, Tari got a keyboard, and Mario (after some confirmation) got a lawnmower. However, Meggy claimed that she didn't need an Ink Boi. SMG4 then announced a battle royale to test the inventions. Mario tried to ambush Meggy, but he got defeated by Tari.
Luigi shot wildly from above but missed both targets. He then got defeated by Meggy. The two girls then went 1v1. Thanks to her Ink Boi, Tari was able to defeat Meggy and win the match, frustrating Meggy. The entire group (minus E. Gadd and Toad) then went to Meggy's apartment for a pre-competition party. Inside, Mario and Tario were playing games, Bob and Boopkins were singing karaoke, Saiko and Shroomy jammed out on their instruments, and SMG4 told Luigi and Axol about how he cried for ten hours when someone told him to make a 40-minute movie.
Meggy was the only one who wasn't enjoying the party. Instead, she went into her bedroom, with Axol noticing. In her room, Meggy wondered if she could win Splatfest. A flashback then showed Desti's Funeral and the promise Meggy made. Axol then entered Meggy's room and asked if she was okay, which she answered positively. Axol then asked if Meggy wanted to chill with him and the others. Before Meggy could answer, Mario suddenly appeared out of nowhere and claimed that they were about to play "Pin The Tail On The Boopkins", a game that Boopkins absolutely hated because it involved harm to him.
An excited Meggy joined her friends in playing the game, much to Boopkins' dismay. It was Day 1 of the Final Splatfest. In the Splatstacle Course, teams must brave through a huge obstacle course and have 20 minutes to complete it. Teams had to rely on their agility and skills to overcome the obstacles. Meggy’s team Splatsquad was battling the usual Ink Brigade, and a new team named Team Killer Ink. Killer Ink despises the human race for some reason. Killer Ink taunts them as humans. The unnamed team leader does so by saying “They let anyone participate in splatfest now” or something like that.
Much to Meggy's annoyance, she still held back from actually physically beating them, being informed by squid sisters Callie and Marie that physical fighting leads to an automatic disqualification. Mario however flips them off.
Obstacle One was a downward slide on thin poles. This caused a few inklings to get eliminated. Obstacle Two consists of buzzsaws on the ground. Mario was affected by the buzzsaws, but despite that, he and the rest of Meggy’s team made it through. Obstacle Three consists of Zapfish Plushies as basketballs. Obstacle Four consists of regular water sprinklers. Now, according to the Splatoon canon, inklings and octolings get brutally affected by regular water, meaning they obviously cannot swim. Since Meggy is now a full human, water cannot affect her. This was easy for Meggy’s team because they are all humans. Mario calls the inklings a bunch of babies.
Obstacle Five consists of a hole with lava at the bottom. All the inklings and octolings got eliminated, except for Meggy, because she is humanized. She instead bounced back up after her bottom was burnt. This also occurs for Mario in the original SM64 game. The reason why for Meggy is that she claims to do flawlessly without an Ink Boi. She was wrong while Mario, Luigi, and Tari were fine with their Ink Bois. The TKI leader then proceeds to say what bad participation the Splatsquad did. Much to the anger of not only Meggy, but Mario as well, they finally SNAP and beat the living hell out of them.
Tari and Luigi frantically tell them to stop. Then Callie and Marie tell them to break it up or they will be disqualified. Much to Mario and Meggy’s anger, they had no choice but to comply because they were doing this for Desti. Later, Meggy walks out of the arena alone, imitating everything Team Killer Ink said about them. Later, she goes to order one scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.
The truck was operated by Crusty Sean. He refused to accept the offer because of the generic health and safety regulations. And also because she was a human. Everywhere else Meggy went was a no-human zone. There could also be a possibility that the signs indicating “no humans” were stuck inside her head. Meggy was angry, Meggy was frustrated. As she was almost about to lose it, the background fades to black, and her present human self is met by her past inkling self. The Meggy’s transcend into present Meggy's mindscape.
Past Inkling Meggy asks her if she can finally win the splatfest for Desti as a human. Present Human Meggy proceeds to tell her she is able to do so, much to Past Inkling Meggy’s doubt because of Present Human Meggy failing without the Ink Boi. Past Inkling Meggy claims to have gone over obstacle five without a flaw and with no help at all.
She then asks Present Human Meggy to use the Ink Boi 3000 to help her win without help. But after the plea, Present Human Meggy still refuses. Past Meggy then left the mindscape, telling Present Meggy if she didn't care about winning just as much using E.Gadd's invention. It was Day 2 of the Final Splatfest. Meggy was heading towards the arena for the Second Round of the competition. After some thoughts of her past self in her dream last night, she decided to throw E.Gadd's invention away in the garbage before entering the arena. Axol saw Meggy in the distance doing that, feeling worried about her and picking it up offscreen.
It was now the second match of Round 2 of the final Splatfest. Earlier today, Team Killer Ink had already won the first match and moved to the finals. Team Splat Squad, DrownZone, Kelp Buds, and the Ink Brigade would be vying for the last spot before the final showdown. Marie and Callie described the second and final match of the competition as Tower Defense. Infinite clones of Squidward Tentacles from SpongeBob spawn into the arena. Each team’s objective was to kill/splat them with their ink weapons. Each kill/splat was worth +1 point. However, if any team member got affected/splatted by another team, their team would be deducted -10 points. The battle commenced and waves of Squidwards came to shore.
The team did well for a minute or two before getting kills stolen by enemy teams. Meggy, annoyed by their presence, shot at an enemy team member, only for her (the enemy) to turn into a squid and slide away. Tari commented that the team would never win if they didn't also start stealing kills. Meggy agreed and told the team to split up. Mario, Luigi, and Meggy are seen trying their best this time when Meggy gets cornered by two enemy team members.
After hearing a loud bang, Mario saw a bunch of Squidwards coming from a wall, confusing him. Meggy, being cautious, tried to keep both in her sight, only to end up failing to dodge another enemy team member's shot, resulting in the Splat Squad losing 10 points, and eventually falling to second place, being beaten by the Ink Brigade. Meggy then falls down to her knees shaken over her loss. She proceeds to cry after losing. She felt as if she had let Desti down. When Mario tried to console her, she angrily stated that it was her fault, and lamented about how, if she had used the Ink Boi, she would've been able to actually help.
As Luigi tried to help, Meggy, crying, ran off. Before the rest of the Splat Squad left, Mario smelled something fishy. He then notifies Luigi and Tari about this uncanny thing going on. Meggy, filled with grief and despair, sat on top of her apartment building, apologizing to Desti for her loss. Suddenly, she heard Desti's voice, telling her not to be sad. She turned towards the sound, only to find that the voice came from Axol.
He repeated that Meggy shouldn't be sad and that maybe he could help take her mind off of her loss, before giving Meggy back her Ink Boi, saying that E. Gadd also upgraded the Inkweaver. Meggy, however, too dejected by her loss, refused, though Axol persists, tossing Meggy's Ink Boi to her before leaping off the building, sliding down the now-inky side using the upgraded Inkweaver. Though Meggy still had her doubts, she finally gave in and leaped off the building to join Axol. They then slid all over the city, and Meggy admitted that she missed the feeling of having fun.
Meanwhile, Mario sneaked across the Tower Defense Arena, Tari, and Luigi were trying to find the source of his suspicions. Luigi worriedly asked Mario why they were back at the Tower Defense Arena. Tari chimed in, saying that they should be with Meggy right now instead of looking around. Much to Mario’s ignorance, he proceeds to search the back of the arena. As he was looking near a bush next to the wall, he tripped over something, which was revealed to be a switch. When he pressed the green button, a cannon extended from the wall and shot fake Squidwards out of it.
What does this mean? THE INK BRIGADE CHEATED!!! While Luigi was confused, Tari, however, angrily realized that the Ink Brigade used the cannon to cheat to win. In my opinion, I might have listened to Desti a little too much when it came to cheating. Axol and Meggy, arrive at the apartment they started at. Meggy admitted that she felt much better, though she wished she didn't have to rely on the Ink Boi to do the same things she could do as an Inkling.
Axol, however, stated that there was nothing wrong with relying on it, citing that although he was the greatest anime artist in the world, he relied on Inkweaver to reach his maximum potential. To prove this, he starts by drawing Ryu to life. Despite this, Meggy says that it was not the same, and a frustrated Axol asked why. Angry, Meggy threw the Ink Boi aside, saying that she didn't need the Ink Boi when she was an Inkling and that she could do things normally.
Axol agreed that she wasn't an Inkling anymore, but reminded Meggy that her transformation never stopped her from being herself and that she should try to be the best Meggy she has ever been. Suddenly, Marie and Callie burst through the door behind them and informed Meggy that she was back in Splatfest, much to her surprise. To her surprise, Meggy asked how this came to be. As the Squid Sisters began to explain, however, Mario, wearing an Inkopolis detective's hat and monocle and holding a pipe, ran through the doorway, followed by Luigi and Tari, knocking the Squid Sisters over in the process.
Mario excitedly explained that he found out the Ink Brigade's treachery, but Tari and Luigi ended up explaining the details, much to Mario's enragement. Callie and Marie, half-dazed, confirm this and said that because Meggy's team was the first runner-up, they would go on to the next round by default. Overcome with joy, Meggy fell to her knees, sobbing with happiness as she did so. Tari and Luigi affirmed that they would do anything for Meggy, and Mario handed Meggy her Splattershot, telling her to do her best at the Grand Finale. Meggy, filled with hope, took it and promised Marie and Callie that she and her team would win the Grand Finale. The gang then celebrated.
Meggy, now filled with confidence, offered to shake her past self's hand. Although she was initially skeptical, Past Meggy gladly accepted and shook Present Meggy's hand before disappearing. However, just as Meggy accepted her past, she heard a voice behind her. Surprised, she turned around and was shocked to see Desti standing there with scribbles in her eyes. Desti noticed that she was able to get to the Grand Finale of Splatfest, and asked Meggy how it felt to be so close to fulfilling her dream. However, Meggy told Desti that she couldn't care less about her dream and that she was only attending Splatfest to honor her promise, and insists she will win. Desti smiled and told Meggy that she knew Meggy would win.
The next day, Meggy and her team arrived at the arena for the final round of Splatfest. Callie and Marie commented on how exciting the tournament has been so far and revealed that the final round will be a Turf War, with the Splat Squad going against Killer Ink. Both teams were itching to start the War, and Callie excitedly asked both teams if they were ready to start. Upon the teams' and the crowd's excitement, the Turf War commences.
The Splat Squad started off strong, quickly gaining ground in the first few minutes, Meggy even knocked out an opposing team member in the process. Team Killer Ink, however, was able to hold their ground, despite Tari knocking out another of their team, and they eventually hit Luigi. They then turned on Mario, now up against a wall. Meggy arrived to help Mario, and they both knew what to do. Mario laid on the ground as Meggy took hold of Mario's feet. Then, to the crowd's and the Squid Sisters' surprise and confusion, respectively, Meggy spun Mario round and round, going faster and faster, before eventually throwing him over two opposing Inklings, one of which was the Leader, and successfully knocked out both of them.
The idiot Leader, however, enraged at the Splat Squad's lead, helped Team Killer Ink knock out the rest of the Splat Squad, surrounding Meggy, the only one who wasn't knocked out. Thinking that victory was in their hands, all remaining Killer Ink members simultaneously shot at Meggy, though she used her Ink Boi to escape the incoming fire. She then reappeared in another pool of orange ink, throwing three Splat Bombs, and fired a shot of ink at each of them, which successfully knocked out the entire Killer Ink Team, much to the crowd's and the Squid Sisters' surprise,m. However, that stupid Leader managed to escape.
With one minute left on the clock, Meggy began to search for the Team Killer Ink Leader, who hid in the arena. As she walked along a back section of the arena, the Leader ambushed Meggy by appearing from a blue ink patch on the wall, firing a shot at Meggy, knocking her to the ground. Dazed, she looks up at the leader, who taunts her. Meggy, however, in her mind, saw the Leader as Desti, asking her if that was all she got. Renewed with confidence, Meggy stood up and told the Leader that she was just getting started. Activating her Ink Boi, she rushed toward Leader, who tried to fire at her. Meggy avoided the shots and threw her Splattershot toward the discriminatory Leader, who caught it in surprise and confusion.
Meggy used this moment of bewilderment to kick the Team Leader's gun out and away from her hand before taking her Splattershot and putting it to Leader's forehead. She then tells the stupid Leader, "Thanks for holding that for me", and smiled before taking her out with a single shot. With fifteen seconds left on the clock, Meggy knocked out the remaining Killer Ink members, and encouraged by her confidence, the Splat Squad regained their lost territory. When the winners were announced, moments of suspense came. Was it Team Splat Squad? Was it that discriminatory Team Killer Ink? WAS IT SPLAT SQUAD THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME AAAAAAAAA—-
Team splat squad wins. (Meggy’s team.) Meggy, overcome with surprise and joy, cried happily, knowing that she kept Desti's promise. Then, their friends excitedly ran onto the battlefield (except for Toad, being the hateful jerk he was, was unsurprised), and hoist all the team members up into the air and catch them. SMG4 congratulated the team on the win, and Bob announced a party at Meggy's house. Everyone excitedly headed over, though E. Gadd also tagged along due to not receiving a "thank you" for his invention.
Later, everyone celebrates at Meggy’s home. Meggy was sitting on a couch when Axol sat with her and congratulated her for her success. When Axol leaves, Meggy then sneaks out to the rooftop of her apartment. As she statues into the view, the spirit of Desti appears again, now standing next to her. As if to indicate that she saw her as a true friend, the blindfold of scribbles was erased. Desti then acknowledged her win of the final Splatfest competition and asked how she did it. Meggy responded saying it was her friends that let her win but jokingly added it was completely fine if she didn't know what it meant.
Desti laughed, understanding the intention, and then asked what Meggy's purpose was now. Meggy did not know what she meant, causing Desti to show how for the past few months, she had been doing nothing but training for the Splatfest, and being sad. She also indicated that just because it was fun to cry over her sadness, Desti also indicated that Meggy had to move on. Meggy acknowledged it but stated that it was just too hard to do so. Desti, thinking about it, decided to hug Meggy, as a way of making it easier to do so, thanking her for keeping up the promise she made at her funeral. With those words, Meggy could finally say goodbye to her. Desti then smiled, before dissipating into the Light, her soul finally at rest.
Meggy then turned around, when suddenly, Boopkins and Mario could be heard screaming, as he was, once again, going to have a tail pinned to his butt. The film ends with Meggy hearing the noise and deciding to play "Pin The Tail On The Boopkins" with the others instead of helping him. Almost Two months later, Meggy’s quest would continue when she moved into a house that is located in the mushroom kingdom. After a bunch of hell where the gang had to go through with getting furniture that was actually stolen by Mario, Axol sat with Meggy on the stolen couch as the party went on.
Axol asked Meggy about her future life after splatfest. She then says she wants to fight crime, with suggestions such as being a policewoman, lawyer, or firefighter as her choice, although she had to wait and see for the future. THAT dream comes true of being a police officer one month later. However, that happened a little too late because of the boom boom that went on in June. In April, an Aternative Ending to Meggy's Destiny was composed by Wing Fury.
In the original movie, Desti is a spirit. In the alt. Ending, she actually respawned but tells a questioned Meggy that it was a long story. She then proceeds to join the party Meggy was having with the crew in the alt. Ending. Wing Fury was the author of the Humanized Desti model. A few others helped with developing the model. This has been February's article on Meggy's Destiny and future. This is also the last article for the entirety of February.
Building Life! - Part 6 - Renovations that took almost a year to accomplish!

Today, I’d like to tell you about the building renovations that happened inside Tibbett Towers and Corlear Gardens. This story will tell you how Corlear Gardens and Tibbett Towers are the way they are as of 2020.
-CORLEAR GARDENS AND TIBBETT TOWERS IN JULY 2018-
After the elevator modernization at Tibbett Towers and Edwardian Apartments were done, All of the new elevators moved smoothly. Yes. It was a good break before summer school. But something happened during summer school in July 2018. Did the school burn down? Was there a school shooting? No. Something else happened. All pre-existing lights at Tibbett Towers that were left seen were replaced with lightbulbs, and the playground at Corlear Gardens was closed off. The Elevators functioned fine, the Electric Gates were banging as usual. What could this closedown mean? As this scorching month was moving forward, the small stairs from the playground to the parking area were taken off. All residents had to enter and exit the parking lot via basement entrance door number 3. I saw construction vehicles inside the playground. When I came back from school, I saw them digging up the playground asphalt. The repaving happened during the SMG4 “Waluigi Rejection Story Arc”, where Waluigi finally snaps after not being a PLAYABLE character in the series of Super Smash Bros... One night, me and my grandma were attempting to go for another outing inside there. We saw residents of the building having their outing, too. The playground was unfinished. My grandma and I decided to go to the building’s playground due to the usual nightly inactivity with the repaving.
-CORLEAR GARDENS AND TIBBETT TOWERS IN AUGUST 2018-
We transition to August 2018. Those lightbulbs were still there inside the entirety of the Tibbett Towers. However, when my grandma and I went inside building B to ride(film) an elevator and go up to 12, To my surprise, I saw red paint on the pre-existing doors and frames, two paintings, and a mirror, too! I was in shock about what it could mean. They even put white stuff to cover up the work of installing the new elevators at Tibbett Towers. The repaving at Corlear Gardens’ playground was already done at that time with the swinging gate consisting of a new sign due to the old one being drawn on almost a decade ago. Later this month, the recoloring occurred in Tibbett Towers building A, except the pre-existing doors and frames over there was painted a different shade of brown. I wanted red, like in building B.
-CORLEAR GARDENS AND TIBBETT TOWERS IN SEPTEMBER 2018-
As the heat proceeded to cool down in September 2018, new lighting was officially installed on the floor hallways in Tibbett Towers along with those paintings and mirrors. Those lightbulbs with nothing else might have been a placeholder. The right side elevator bell in building A is no longer silent. The walls on the halls used to be beige back in the past, but now as of the present, they were painted a special shade of pink. As the month progressed, my grandma and I were ready to head home after an outing at Corlear Gardens. Instead of heading out through the swinging gate, grandma decided that we exit via the lobby. And so we did. The left elevator came to us. The door sensors didn’t beep when we entered it. When the elevator door opened in the lobby, I saw a chandelier on the ceiling as I proceeded to exit the elevator. Some new lobby contents were stormed into the building. There is also a new intercom as well. I also took more interest in the game mods of Baldi’s Basics in Education and Learning.
-TIBBETT TOWERS IN OCTOBER 2018-
As if that wasn’t enough, take a look at Tibbett Towers in the final week of October 2018. Their new elevators consist of a special object to put and protect papers inside. However, there had to be a removal of a specific part of fencing that just kept on bending over. It was in the middle of the ramp next to a suburban home and the ramp to the lower electric gate there. During an epic addition and removal, Another Lemon related takeover occured. Sour things like those happen every October on the YouTube channel named “Vannamelon.” Another new age of Halloween occurred on the YouTube channel named “Sr. Pelo”. “Senior Pelo” for short. It was the age of the sacred Spooky Month. It was also the first time I filmed an Electric Gate at Waldo Gardens, where the body of the gate looks similar to the ones at Tibbett Towers and the Ambassador building. During October, I went on google maps and saw the electric gates in all of the buildings I have currently filmed, including one gate from Waldo AVENUE that I have not filmed yet. I went to street view, clicked on the past year, and saw various modifications to the electric gates, which are there today and are no more, along with buildings that weren’t even built yet. The Waluigi Arc ended by the start of October.
-TIBBETT TOWERS IN NOVEMBER 2018-
Things started to get cold and chilly in November of 2018. Removal of a huge painting in front of the elevator doors inside the lobby occurred. Despite it snowing one time that month, new brown floor tiles and specialized rugs were added to the floors of the apartment floor hallways inside the entirety of Tibbett Towers (excluding lobby and basement), causing Corlear Gardens not to be the only building with specialized rugs on the apartment floor halls. The electric gates at Corlear Gardens started to become noisier in an unusual way. The pre-existing doors and door frames were purple, just like the new elevator doors. The lobby on Tibbett Towers Building B was affected with the renovation virus, meaning that all pre-existing doors and frames are now red. They all used to be grey. All remaining mirrors were taken off. The same thing occurred on building A. The November renovations happened during another SMG4 story arc called the “Rapper Bob Story Arc”, where a Garo named Bob chooses his “fans” and WEMEN over his allies/friends, causing Fishy Boopkins to become depressed after the manipulation he was put through by Bob. There was that electric gate located in a building in an area on Waldo AVENUE that I wanted to film ever since I looked it up on google maps in October during computer time in IS90. My mother stopped at Waldo Gardens to bring something to her friend that lives there. I went to film the gate. However, one problem stood in my way. IT WAS WAY MORE FARTHER THAN I THOUGHT. This resulted in a brutal failure this month and year altogether. There was a removal of armchairs where the doorman would reside. This took place in building B.
-CORLEAR GARDENS AND TIBBETT TOWERS IN DECEMBER 2018-
As the holidays were a-comin', No Christmas trees were put up in the lobbies of Tibbett Towers. Why? WHY?! The lobbies were a total mess. They painted white stuff on the walls to hide the details of the removed mirrors. At that time, all the lobby doors and lobby door frames there were already painted purple. My grandma and I were going to visit one of her friends at Corlear Gardens. I pressed the button, and when the Left side elevator came to us. After walking inside the elevator to get to 7, I saw red lights behind the inner door, just like on the elevators at Nathan Hale Gardens. The left elevator at Corlear Gardens still didn’t beep when you held the door. The lights probably meant they changed the door sensor. After heading out, we took the right side elevator down. When its door opened, the opening behavior was just like on the left one, meaning they changed the door operator on the right one, too! We visited my grandma’s friend a total of three times on the 26th, 29th, and 31st of December to end 2018. The right elevator still had the beeping sensors for when you held the door. The Rapper Bob Arc ended on Christmas. I also went to the botanical gardens for the train show and a bunch of other stuff.
-TIBBETT TOWERS IN JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH 2019-
When my birthday came around, The doors and frames in building A’s lobby had just been painted red. Something else that happened was also the removal of an actual doorman’s desk that was grey. As January progressed, the doors and frames were painted purple by February 2019. During this time, a pole on the upper electric gate of Tibbett Towers was bent due to the snow. It was also making unusual noises due to the bent pole. The electric gate in the middle parking area at Corlear Gardens also consists of a new bumper now. During this damaging time, the NFL playoffs happened. There was also something disappointing during the halftime show. Back in November of 2018, the creator of SpongeBob Squarepants named Stephen Hillenburg passed away. Sweet Victory by David Glen Eisley was popular as a SpongeBob song. To start this disappointment off, Maroon 5 pumps up everyone’s excitement for Sweet Victory. That did not occur. They played Travis Scott’s Sicko Mode instead, causing every fan of Spongebob to be devastated. The NHL however, gave the audience exactly what they wanted during their halftime show. The end clip of band geeks was modified to the point where the band uniforms were even reskinned green because of the hockey team’s outfit. As February progressed, new lobby entrance doors were installed inside Tibbett Towers. The walls were given a new texture. Part of the brown floor tiles that were seen inside the apartment floor hallways was also put inside part of the lobbies with a hallway of doors and nothing else. The old icons for the Stairwell and compactor room doors were removed so they could paint on the doors. New ones were eventually created. New brown desks for the doormen in both buildings were created. Electric gate B at Corlear Gardens has a black bumper now. The area where there used to be a security camera is now replaced with a ceiling fan inside building A’s lobby. Inside building B’s lobby were two ceiling fans. One month later inside the lobbies, everywhere else that was white as seen next to the elevator doors now consist of a wallpaper that looks exactly like as seen on the paintings with the mirrors on the apartment floor hallways. We also went for a walk in Van Cortlandt Park, one of my childhood playgrounds, to end March 2019, transitioning into April 2019. The upper electric gate at Tibbett Towers was squeaking at a high tone when it was closing. That occured in September 2018, November 2018, December 2018, January 2019, and February 2019.
-CORLEAR GARDENS IN APRIL AND MAY 2019-
At Corlear Gardens, new private parking signs were put next to the security camera signs on the fencing which was in front of the electric gates. The electric gates themselves were still at their unusually noisiest since November 2018. My mother and I went to visit her friend on 5. The friend met us outside. All three of us go inside Corlear Gardens. The elevators were working with their new late 2018 door mechanics as usual. A note was put on the right elevator saying that the cars will have to be removed from the parking lot. This implied a repaving of the parking lot was going to happen. However, I didn’t think another repaving would happen inside Corlear Gardens. After our visit, my mother and I went back down in the left elevator only to go from 5 to the basement to the lobby. When we went out, there were no circle outline textures where the elevators were. That just screamed plain white. The old security camera and the old lights were taken off from the lobby. Some new lights were installed, but not all of them. One week later at Corlear Gardens, electric gate C was open. Another week later, electric gate B was open. The week after that later, all three electric gates were open. They remained open. But for what? Repaving of the parking lot is what it meant. Excavators, dump trucks, and skid steers were at work. And I did an 11-minute video of the process so far. That was on April 30th, which is also Pico Day, an event on newgrounds where they celebrate the Mascots of Newgrounds. One day later on May 1st, My grandma and I went for an outing inside the playground. It was raining a bit when we went out. The asphalt was dug up. The electric gates remained open. Whenever repaving was to be paused for the day, the building staff did not bother with closing each electric gate. My grandma decided for us to exit the playground via the lobby. The left elevator came to us after I pressed the button. When the elevator door opened in the lobby, I was shocked to see new lights and an actual chandelier on the ceiling. Even the area where the elevators were has its own wallpaper now, and so does the mail area! The green-circle outline textures are still there. Letter icons A to C for the stairwell doors were just duct-taped to the doors due to them and the apartment doors being painted from turquoise to beige. This implies the renovated lobby is still at an incomplete phase. In my opinion, the stainless steel elevator outer doors definitely fit the makeover of the lobby at Corlear Gardens! They even looked new to me at one point. We went to Tibbett Towers building B afterward so I could include their lobby in the video as well. Rode an elevator, went out, went back to building A, rode an elevator back to 5, and got a good night’s sleep. I started talking about it at school the next day May 2nd. I still couldn’t get over it the first time I saw those chandeliers! The lobby floor over there and at Tibbett Towers were left the way they were.
-TIBBETT TOWERS, CORLEAR GARDENS, AND NATHAN HALE GARDENS IN MAY 2019-
Later this May at Tibbett Towers, the lobbies now have a trio of paintings in front of the elevator doors. My grandma and I also (attempted) to go for a walk. We took a couple of sitting-down breaks. We also went to her apartment building in Nathan Hale Gardens on a separate day. Over there, nothing has changed with the lobby exterior. We went inside, rode an elevator to her floor for occasional needs, went back down, and all that stuff. Except for this one time when the numbers were burnt on the left elevator on her side. I saw the same case on the right elevator located on the other side of the building last year and last month. My mother and I visited my grandma for her birthday. We took a long way home at 12 'o'clock at night. We went on a highway and then drove back home at 1’o’clock at night. Some new asphalt was already put on the middle portion of the parking lot at Corlear Gardens. Electric gate B was closed after pausing for today.
-CORLEAR GARDENS AND TIBBETT TOWERS IN JUNE 2019-
Ah yes. The final month of regular school. Some kids were happy, some were not. Some have fears of going to a new school after graduating from the previous one. I’m definitely the third one. To start June 2019, the upper electric gate at Tibbett Towers was squeaking at a high tone when opening. Opening. During all of these renovations and mishaps was the SMG4 “Anime Arc”, where Anime gets banned from the mushroom kingdom. Meggy also gets kidnapped in the second half of the arc because she can spawn ink out of anywhere. My mother and I went to a circus with Grandma and a few other family members. I wanted to videotape, but there might have been rules stating that no photography is allowed, so I had to follow the rules. After we came back home, I watched the second to last video in the anime arc where DESTI ACTUALLY DIES. Later on in Tibbett Towers, some people start work on the bent pole on the upper electric gate. One week later, they come back to the gate to replace the top parts that hold it. The parking lot repaving at Corlear Gardens was already done at that time. Numbers, lines, and arrows are everywhere. I also graduated from IS90/Mirabal Sisters School to Park West High School, the school I reside in as of now. To end off the last day of the 2018-2019 school year, all three electric gates at Corlear Gardens were finally closed. There was also the removal of the upper electric gate alarm at Tibbett Towers. As of July 2019, all four electric gates with the unusual noises are back to sounding normal. Later on at Corlear Gardens, the electric gates now have photocells. Now two or three electric gates at a time are triggered to open. Days after the last day of summer school 2019, I finally succeeded in filming the electric gate on Waldo Avenue. I also went to film the electric gates in my neighborhood, along with the upper electric gate at Tibbett Towers. I went to film the electric gates at Tibbett Towers, Corlear Gardens, Waldo Gardens, Nathan Hale Gardens, The Ambassador, and Edwardian Apartments. I would have done Kingsbridge Gardens, but the building is close to the police department!
I will end this long story for now. The renovations still continue at Corlear Gardens and Tibbett Towers…

Ah, Music. One of the things we enjoy mediating to, playing games to, dancing to, and overall listening to anytime. You would listen to music at home, at school, (IF ALLOWED) or in a carpool. Have you ever listened to music with the beat order swapped? No? Well, good. In early December of 2018, an upload of Undertale’s Megalovania was uploaded to the public. It wasn’t the usual song. It was modified. The title said “Beats 2 and 4 are swapped.” Not knowing what it meant, I went into the video, and a different melody played. It was the same song, but as the title said, beats 2 and 4 were swapped. As time marched on, more Undertale music and songs overall were uploaded with beats 2 and 4 being swapped, and not only. There would only be the first beat playing, or every beat is a different song. It feels like a remix of some sort with the whole beatswapping trend. Songs with WORDS being beatswapped would also have their lyrics heavily modified. I suggest you go check the beatswapped videos on YouTube if you have the time! The beatswapped lyrics are crazy!

POV: You browse YouTube just to enjoy life. In your recommendations list, you took notice of a song. The song was short according to the video duration. You click/tap on it, and next thing you know, you immediately fall in love with it. The more you listen to it, the more you wish for it to be longer, and not in the style of a repeat. Can witchcraft like this even be possible? Is it possible?! YES. IT CAN. To explain this further, let’s travel to May 1st, 2020, the pandemic era. A YouTube upload of “Never Gonna Give You Up” by Rick Astley was released to the public. “Never Gonna Give You Up” was notoriously known for the pranks people pulled on their viewers a decade ago. But this upload of the song was unlike any other. The title said “but an AI continues the song”. I was far from lost on what that even meant. As I went into the video, the song was playing as usual. A few seconds later, the switch arrived. The melodies and lyrics were different while the audio quality of the percussion sounded weird. Separate attempts were made. All I can say is one of the attempts transformed the song into a totally different one with different instruments and key tones. The “remix” of Never Gonna Give You Up was definitely something… I guess this is how we hear music in our dreams then. This AI trend started to pass on to other songs like “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars or “Crab Rave” by Noisestorm. Crab Rave is well known for the

The only two I remember getting this computerized treatment was the Overworld theme from Super Mario Bros, and the Tutorial music from Friday Night Funkin’. The computerization-remixes also occurred for a sad dementia-related “Everywhere at the End of Time” album. Hi, everyone! This week’s Snack Store has gotten so different because for the Gatorades, they cost $2.00 now. The reason why the Gatorades now cost $2.00 is because the bottles are bigger. Usually, the smaller bottles of Gatorades that we sell to customers cost $1.00, but my parents bought bigger bottles of Gatorades from Costco because they were for the donation of the Snack Store. But don’t worry, with the help of bigger bottles of Gatorades we can make a lot more money to sell with any snack to eat. Isn’t it amazing! Remember, if something is much more valuable any item would cost more than $1.00!

Today I want to talk about valentine day. Valentine’s Day is a holiday when lovers express their affection with greetings and gifts. Many people think of Valentine’s day as a holiday only for couples but it can also be for families, friends, and relative to express affection. Typically on this holiday, people give each other gifts like flowers, chocolates, and cards. They may even write little poems like “roses are red, violets are blue, I love you”.
This holiday reminds me of people I love and care about. I love my parents, my teachers, and my friends. They make me happy and I made sure to let them know what they mean to me. Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Even if you don’t have a boyfriend or girlfriend, you have a lot of people in your life who care about you and deserve to be celebrated!

Hi! Did you see Super Bowl LVI? I saw most of it last night, but I didn’t know the final results yet between two teams which are Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals. In case if you didn’t see Super Bowl LVI, you can look up the results on the internet. The final results are 23-20 because the Rams won against the Bengals, but the Bengals lost against the Rams. The Rams beat the Bengals after blowing an early 10-point lead and stumbling into a 10-point deficit. The Bengals lost to the Rams because Donald sealed the victory by pressuring Burrow to throw an incomplete, fourth-down pass. Those are the reasons why! I hope any of you would like the Super Bowl, some year. I am sure that any of you will have any team that you are a fan of in the Super Bowl, if not then that is okay.

Hey everyone, Helfry here and I’ve finally calmed down a bit after that rant about these so-called minion memes, so just for that I might as well share you guys some facts I know about the Smash Bros series Plus some useless facts as well. Anyways without further ado let’s jump into the very first smash game
Smash Bros 64: When unlocking Captain Falcon or Ness you fight them on Planet Zebes and Dream Land Respectively, this is actually because there isn’t any home stage for those two characters so these stages are used as placeholders for the latter. Starting In Smash Bros Melee F-Zero and Earthbound would receive two new stages plus a few more. Also in the debug menu for the game you can play as characters that are normally unplayable such as Metal Mario, Giant Donkey Kong, and The Fighting Polygon Team, you even get to play on some of the stages only available in the 1 Player Game such as Race To The Finish, Meta Crystal, Duel Zone, and Final Destination. Hell even some stages that are normally unseen Like the How to Play Stage and many others
Smash Bros Melee: Ah yes my favorite Smash Bros Game in the series, I might as well show you some trophy facts in this game. In Princess Daisy’s Trophy If you clip through the back of her hair, you’ll witness her ascended form also known as an oversight which gives Daisy a third eye on the back of her head. Speaking of trophies Did you know there are three trophies in the game that are normally unobtainable? Those trophies are Mario & Yoshi, Samus Unmasked and Tamagon. The first two trophies are only obtainable In an old tournament In japan back in 2002, while the third one is exclusive in the Japanese version of the game.
Smash Bros Brawl: Here's a bit of an item fact! There are a metric ton of items throughout the series but there is one item that appeared in one game and never again, I’m talking about the Cracker Launcher and before you get your hopes up, No it doesn’t shoot out actual crackers, you know the ones that you eat. Instead they shoot out explosive shells that bounce off walls and explode on contact with the floor. Nobody knows why it was cut in Smash 4 but the only reason for that could probably be time constraints or too much memory on the 3DS which is the same reason why the Ice Climbers were cut from this game.
Smash 4: In the 3DS Version of this game, There are 2 sub-games exclusive to this version, those two being Smash Run & StreetSmash. In Smash Run you take on a couple of enemies throughout the many different video game series such as Mario, Kirby, The Legend Of Zelda, And Kid Icarus to name a few, All in a humongous Battlefield. Even some enemies from The Subspace Emissary make their triumphant return. And in StreetSmash You basically take on up to 12 people via StreetPass which was a feature on the 3DS.
And Finally Smash Ultimate: There are Quite a few facts I want to share with you about this game. For example instead of trophies you collect spirits instead. And of course some spirits had to be censored for kid’s sake, here’s one example of censorship in this game, Mythra’s Spirit was censored to make her…. Uhhh. honkers covered up and they gave her stockings . This is because as Mr. Sakurai says: Smash Bros Ultimate Is a game for good boys and girls of all ages, this is why they made those changes. Super Bowl 2022 is this weekend but that might not be the most exciting football news you have heard lately. Last week, the world’s most famous football player, Tom Brady said he was retiring from football. I’m going to talk a little about this amazing player.
Tom Brady was born Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr in California. He played football as a kid. He is a quarterback and is considered the best of all time. He has led his teams to a record seven super bowl victories from 2002 to 2021 and was named the game most valuable player mvp like five times. It is sad news for football fans to hear that he is retiring.
Brady plays for the Buccaneers but was a New England Patriot for 20 seasons. He has won 7 super bowl rings while in the NFL.
Tom Brady once said, “too often in life, sometimes things happen and we blame other people for us not being happy or satisfied or fulfilled so the point is we all have choices and we make the choices to accept people or situations or to not accept situations”. I liked this quote and it reminds me to be strong, make good choices, and it's my choice to be the best person I can be.

Have you ever heard of a hopping lamp before? If you haven’t, I bet you would like to listen to it. He is a lamp that hops is called Luxo Jr. He makes his first appearance in the 1986 short film called Luxo Jr. What happened in the background is he hops all over the place, tries to roll Luxo Ball, but deflates and then he chases after a bigger ball. Luxo Jr. is owned by Pixar Animation Studios. If you haven’t seen the short film, you can watch it on YouTube and find some more clarification about what happens from the beginning, the middle and the end. Since 1995, Luxo Jr. reappears in the Pixar Animation Studios logo before he stops at the letter “I” and then he gets the idea to hop up and down on it until it is deflated before he looks at the audience. At the end of the opening version of the Pixar logo, it fades. At the end of the closing version of the Pixar logo, the background turns black and dark, left with a lamp light on for a few seconds before he turned it off. Luxo Jr. was created by John Lasseter at Pixar. Luxo Jr. the lamp became very popular since 1986. We have Luxo Jr. the hopping lamp in this logo is because in 1986, Pixar Animation Studios produced Luxo Jr. as its first film. I think that’s why I find Luxo Jr. the hopping lamp very popular for Pixar. I love Pixar because I watch short films and full-length films. I'm sure you'll all love a hopping lamp named Luxo Jr. someday too!

#1 A Microwave: This meme blew up in 2019, that’s almost 3 years ago. If you don’t know what the sound of a microwave is (if you live under a rock) then here you go. (Microwave Sound) Anyways this meme is a bit mediocre, so it gets a 5/10
#2 Mama Luigi: This meme has a few things in common with Hotel Mario, for one it’s used in several different YTPs and for two It also has some memorable quotes such as: Good Thing I Found A Magic Balloon, Mario, Wherever You Are Heeeelp, and of course That’s Mama Luigi To You Mario. I actually watched the whole video back in 2010 and it’s also pretty nostalgic and because of that it gets a 10/10
#1 (And I can’t believe I’m saying this) Minion Memes: I chose this purely because I want to rant on something for once, like Jeez who are making these memes!? Whoever is making these memes clearly want to make some 40 year old moms laugh and it’s actually working! Also some of these quotes are really good but they had to ruin it by just slapping a minion on it. Also most of these memes have something to do with hating Mondays, kinda like Garfield or something like that. And to make matters worse, these memes are mostly found on Facebook! Which is in my opinion a website for boomers and other weird and crazy people. Anyways because of this, it gets a 0/10 GET THOSE CRINGY AND HORRIBLE ABOMINATIONS OUT OF MY FACE!!!

Ni hao, everyone! It’s a Chinese word for “hello.” Here are some things to know about Chinese New Year. Chinese New Year is a traditional holiday celebrated in many asian cultures and countries. According to nationalcalender.com "The Chinese New Year coincides with the lunar calendar. On the lunar calendar, the first day of the month begins during the new moon. Because of this, the Chinese New Year falls on different dates each year". As a lunar based calendar, this is different than the calendar we are used to, which is Gregorian (which is what most of the Western world uses). According to wikipedia, "The Chinese zodiac is a traditional classification scheme based on the lunar calendar that assigns an animal and its reputed attributes to each year in a repeating twelve-year cycle". The 12 Chinese Zodiac animals are represented as The Year of the Rat, The Year of the Ox, The Year of the Tiger, The Year of the Rabbit, The Year of the Dragon, The Year of the Snake, The Year of the Horse, The Year of the Sheep, The Year of the Monkey, The Year of the Rooster, The Year of the Dog, and The Year of the Pig.
People use different traditions to celebrate Chinese New Year such as putting up decorations, offering sacrifices to ancestors, eating reunion dinner with family on New Year’s Eve, giving red envelopes and other gifts, using firecrackers and fireworks to burst into the evening sky and watching the lion and dragon dances. New York City has many Chinese new year celebrations in China town in Manhattan as well as in Flushing, Queens.

Cream cheese. Our favorite ingredient to put on our beloved bagels. Besides jelly. We would eat it at home, we would eat it at school. But, something happened. We got bagels with only jelly today. This disastrous case also occurred last week. I overheard Mr. Frank said there was a cream cheese shortage. I took the time to look the shortage up. This occurred because of a Cyberattack. I am not talking about The Hacker from Cyberchase. Hackers unleashed a series of cyberattacks against a multitude of industries and organizations, including meat packers, police departments, and cream cheese. The cyberattack occurred in October 2021. All companies that make cream cheese had to shut down as an saddened result. I always loved eating bagels with cream cheese, especially as a child. I hope everything will return back to normal after the break away from our passionate love and hatred for school. See you on the flip side.
UPDATE MARCH 11TH, 2022: For this Friday and the past two Fridays, I still get bagels without the cream cheese! And the jelly's too sticky to even put on the bagel!...
