Ice Hockey
Ring ring ring what noise does a hockey goal make? First, I will talk about gear. You have a helmet to protect your head. Chest pads protect your chest. Gloves protect your hands. Pants protect your thighs. Shin guards to protect your shins. Skates help you move.
Hockey started in Egypt. They had field hockey and then in England they started the first league. It was added to the Olympics in 1924 and in 1994 was added to the paralympics.
In the NHL you play every year for the Stanley cup and there are 32 teams in the NHL has a 23 person active roster. The best ice hockey player is Wayne Gretzky. He holds all time goals 847 and all time assist 1,965 and all time points 2,847 and 50 hat tricks that's 150 goals out of 847 and nine mvps in which he holds 183 world records.
Newton’s 1st law is that something at rest will stay at rest unless a force moves it. For a thing in motion an example is the boards will stay at rest until someone slams into it.
Newton 2nd is when a change in motion occurs. How can we know why a change occurs when force is acting on an object, that has mass, and that makes acceleration. A change in motion occurs. Acceleration is when a change in speed occurs. When I shoot a change in speed occurs. Mass is something an object is made out of. Like the puck is made out of rubber.
Newton's 3rd law is when something moves an opposite reaction happens. If a puck hits the goalie it bounces back. Then shoot the puck and it moves. You check someone and you bounce back.
