Wrestling
Wrestlers use a lot of gear. They use headgear, knee gear, and mouth guard. Rules for Wrestling are a player can not grab clothing the mat or headgear during a match wrestlers are also not allowed to overlap thir hands and wrestlers may not leave the mat during a match whithout permission from the referee players are not allowed to be unnecessarily rough during matches. You win by getting a ten point lead or by pinning them.
My sport is wrestling. I am writing about Newton’s 1st Law. Newton’s 1st Law is an object in rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion and a balanced force is when forces come together and they don’t move. An unbalanced force is a force that is not equal and the object moves and if you are wondering what are some examples of a balanced force in my sport is if you just stand there in the starting position. Some examples of unbalanced forces is if you touch a water bottle it will move and that is an unbalanced force. An object in my sport that is at rest well is the area and an object that is in motion in my sport is a human when they move. You might be wondering when an object at rest will no longer be at rest and what type of force puts them into motion. Well it is applied force and you also might think that when will the object in motion no longer be in motion. It will only be friction force no you are not right because it can also be drag force and applied force.
Newton's 2nd Law is a force push or pull and an example of force in my sport is applied force and friction force and if you are wondering what is mass in my sport is the mat and the person and the building and my sport is wrestling.
Newton's 3rd Law is that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. And some examples of action in my sport is something someone is doing and a reaction is someone tackle you and you fall and types of reaction in my sport is you pin someone and then they stay on the mat and another action and reaction is you got someone on the mat and they escape.
