The Olympic and Paralympic Museum gave teachers access to their curriculum titled "Becoming Your Personal Best". Students explored several modules over the course of the semester. Each module had a lesson from an Olympian or Paralympian that taught students the importance of being their best self in any life situation. Students were able to apply what they learned through these modules in and out of our classrooms- working on building positive relationships, strengthening their growth mindsets, and showing their best character traits to those around them as well as themselves.
