Accessibility Checker in MS PowerPoint

The built-in Accessibility Checker tool in Microsoft Office Powerpoint is useful for finding missing ALT text and other common accessibility issues.

Accessibility Checker can be found in 'File' > 'Info' > 'Inspect Presentation' > 'Check Accessibility'.

In the online Office 365 for PowerPoint, the Accessibility Checker can be accessed as follows:

  1. Click on the 'Review' tab.

  2. Click 'Check Accessibility'.

  3. A report will open to show any errors found.

This video demonstrates how to use Accessibility Checker to make sure our slides are accessible.
