Use Storybird to tell a story about an important animal in your life. Will you write a poem, a picture book or a chapter book?
Think carefully about the pictures you choose. What message do they give to your audience? How will you SHOW how you feel about your animal using pictures? How will you TELL how you feel about your animal using words?
Spend some time reading about a few of the different organizations involved in animal rescues in our community.
Create a PSA (Public Service Announcement) to teach others about the available options to rescue animals in our area, or how to volunteer their time and get involved.
Check out these gorgeous animal collages! This type of art piece takes time, planning and patience as you work through all the steps. The end result though will be amazing.
Talk to your family about the options to volunteer your time to an animal rescue organization. Or develop a plan to raise money to donate. What skills do you have that can be used for a fundraiser? Find a group of like minded friends and plan an event together.
