Outwood Grange Academy Trust has the Edukey Provision Mapping software operating in all Primary and Secondary Academies within the Trust. The introduction of Edukey Trust wide has enabled all academies to standardise practice and develop reports to guide Trust need and practice.
Edukey Provision Map is a comprehensive tool which enables SENDCo’s and members of the Inclusion Team to map and manage provision effectively and efficiently. It allows the trust to be able to gather essential data regarding provision for pupils across the academies, in particular those students who have an EHCP or SEND need. It is now also used by class teachers as well as Learning Managers and other teaching staff to manage and update the SEND support plans, ongoing targets and provision for the pupils with SEND needs in their class.
This step-by-step guidance provides a comprehensive overview of using Edukey at Outwood including the key areas of creating and updating SEND support plans, creating and tracking targets and effective intervention (provision) tracking.
