Part one provides an overview of what the Core Progression Pathway actually is, which pupils it is aimed at and what are its main functions. We also look at how the CPP compliments the new Ofsted framework as evidenced at a recent inspection.
Part two looks at how to use the CPP for your pupils and includes a focus on the progression of core skills for maths, reading and writing. We also look at how we use the CPP to report progress to parents.
Maximising and evidencing progress. We look at some of the science behind the CPP including how the working memory is used to acquire new knowledge and the links to the EBC model: engage, build and consolidate.
