This first session is all about developing an understanding of ADHD and addressing some of the many misconceptions. What is it? Where does it come from? Who does it affect? What are the symptoms? 

In this video – we look at trying to gain an insight into what it feels like to have ADHD, including what we see and what we don’t see.
