THe focus for week 7 is to have our current assessment tasks completed and turned in to be marked. If you scroll through the past weeks learning guides there is multiple videos on each assessment task that I have added to the bottom of this page as well as the assessment pages for each. Your first step is to work through these

- I have completed my explanations on how and why I applied the two MOTS and four POTS
- I have explained the interrelationship between MOTS/ POTS/ Physiology
- I have completed my evaluation of the MOTS and POTS that I applied to my training

- Split my skill into the three parts (Preperation, execution and follow through) stages
- Explained the parts using biomechanical principles (with interrelationship)
- Provided feedback for the skill
- Privded feed-forward
- Explored parts of the skill that have the greatest impact on performance
