Beyond the classroom

Helping others and leadership

Excellence
Student has consistently demonstrated level four of personal and social responsibility in contexts beyond the classroom. This must be supported with judgements by external assessors and have written comments to support this submitted to Mr Austin to be taken into consideration.
Merit
Student has consistently demonstrated level four of personal and social responsibility within classroom sessions
Achieved
Student has consistently demonstrated level three of personal and social responsibility within classroom sessions
Not Achieved
Students has not progressed beyond level two of personal and social responsibility within classroom sessions
Preparing for your interview
Students must wear interview approved gear (clean and correct uniform)
Students must answer interview questions that will be provided to them
Students will be video recorded for assessment.
Interview students - be early to your interview, if you are on time then you are late
Students must bring their evidence in discussion of their level of responsibility (Personal evidence document - No evidence means you were not at that level)
Time:
Interview time length 20 minutes max
Video submission at least 5 minutes
Video submissions and interviews to be completed from Wednesday (14th October) to the following Wednesday (21st October) using the booking form for interviews
