By the end of the week for biomechanics students
- I have completed a breakdown of my skill demonstrating understadning of the anatomy and movements (Muscles, agonist/antagonist and movements within joints in each phase) WEDNESDAY
- I have begun learning/ revision on the first biomechanical principle in relation to my skill(WEDNESDAY)
- I have tested and videod my performance (FRIDAY)
- I have applied the first biomechanical principle within Fridays 90 minute session (FRIDAY)

- Students will participate and contribute to class 'Family feud' on the “Green box - The Background – What were the cause/s of the protests during the 1981 Springbok Tour?" (AS 2.5 PED2 and AS 2.2 HIS2)
- Students will have done the research on the "Blue box - Significance to Self"
- Students will have have participated in and reflected on their Personal and social responsibility level in Ki O Rahi
- Students will have done their first recording on their performance standard (2.4) in Ki O Rahi
By the end of the week for fitness students
- I understand what the cardiovascular, respiritory and muscular systems are
- I understand what circuit training and continuous training are (Benefits & examples) WEDNESDAY
- I have planned a fitness assessment session for Friday (To measure baseline data for the Tough guy/ tough girl challenge or badminton fitness) WEDNESDAY
- I have completed baseline testing for my fitness (FRIDAY)
