Now that we have a return date we can prepare for our return. We will not be posting up new work or checkpoints for this week to allow you the few days before our return to complete the week 4 checkpoints. We understand that the situation is unique and difficult but you are all doing awesome jobs as part of team New Zealand. I thought I would share a little clip that I tried my hand at making today after many many long hours completing my first university assignment in 10 years. Have a laugh, smile and know that we are all looking forward to seeing you back in PED2, I am fizzing to get back!

  • Completing some more practice and final testing to allow for evalutaion to be completed

  • Setting up and completing the police test to support your evaluation of MOTS & POTS in the 90 minute session

  • I am working on and completing my feed-forward for my skill (What I/ they need to do to improve) "I need to..."

Remember the key to this is explaining why you used this to help you for this police testing.

Example: The reason why I chose resistance training is because it helps develop muscular strength and power. I need muscular strength and power because when I complete the police test I need to.....

Question 4: Explain how and why these work together
