By the end of the week

  • I understand at least 5 methods of training (Interval, resistance, plyometric, sprint/ agility, continuous, circuit training

  • I understand what SPORTFIT is (Principles of training)

  • I understand how SPORTFIT applies to my training

Mr Austin will be posting up ways that you can complete the different methods of training at home without all the gear. You can use these to support you in completing a workout for each MOT.

  • I have had a conversation with Miss Wilson regarding the TPSR interviews

  • I have completed 2 workouts during timetabled slot classes for PED2 and uploaded them to flipgrid (guidelines for this are on flipgrid)

This weeks focus is on keeping your body moving and inquiring into our TPSR model (Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility).

TPSR: You will still be filling out the google form but the outlook may be a little different than just participating in physical activity (lockdown requirements and daily efforts connect to TPSR). Showing up to google meets, uploading the video to flipgrid, following lockdown rules or contribute to TPSR.
