At this part of the term you are beginning to pick up more assessment tasks, tests, commitments to other things. You need to be utilising your planners to support you in making decisions that are going to support you. This is a point in the term that you may need to make a sacrifice in order to complete work. It is all part of the bigger picture and goal that we are working towards. Consider the impacts of your devices, where you sit in class, how you use your Itimes and spare time before or after school.

-I can explain at least two biomechanical principles that I want to relate to my skill
-I have developed my initial biomechanics paragraphs in relation to my skill

-I have completed both thinking hats on my two chosen methods of training
-I have put in my own words the meaning of each principle of training
-I have created my training template for week 8 & 9
