I have attended the google meet on Tuesday @ 11:40am
I have chosen two methods of training and have completed/uploaded them by the end of the week.
I have identified and recorded what TPSR level I am currently at this week with evidence (upload to flipgrid)

I have completed a training plan using two methods of training and four principles of training using the template (That can be progressed into using equipment from week 7 return to school)
I have week 7 training plan complete ready for practical training when we return next week
I have begun looking at 2.3/ 3.3 and read up about both of my MOTS(2) and POTS (4) so I can explain why I have chosen these
Sport skill/ lifting technique analysis
I understand the movements and can explain what they are (See movement box below) (Week 5)
I understand and can apply anatomy to my skill (Week 5)
I understand and can apply stability to my chosen skill (Week 5)
I understand and can apply force summation to my chosen skill

Flipgrid upload of current TPSR level for the week
Prompt questions are added below/TPSR template (otherwise be creative in how you think you are at a certain level).
