1. Use the check in line at OSU Motor Pool, as highlighted in the photo above. This line is likely to be long if we are checking in on Sunday, 2 days after Motor Pool last opened. Drive into any of the three return lanes and pull forward as far as possible.

2. Fill out the Rental Card, this will either be above the sunshade with the fuel card, around the rearview mirror, or in the glove compartment. 

• This card is pictured at the bottom of this page and will have less detailed instructions at the bottom to help with this process.

3. Place the Rental Card on the driver's side dash. 

4. Remove ALL SafeRide items from the vehicle

   1. Topper and usually checked in items 

   2. Side magnets 

   3. Front and rear blue bins 

   4. Shower caddies 

   5. SaferSex holsters 

   6. Any personal belongings and trash

5. Radio that you are ready for pickup for the transport vehicle to get you. 

6. Once the vehicle has arrived, and you have locked the vehicle, go to the East side of the Motor Pool building (the side you are already on) where there is a key drop.

   1. Remove any SafeRide Key chain

   2. Place the keys in the drop

NOTE: Do not leave any trash in the Vehicle!
