5.15 Calling In / Scheduling Leave

The following rules apply to leave requests:

1. An employee must give as much notice as is practicable to schedule leave

2. An employee must request leave within the parameters of these policies

3. Further requirements may be stipulated by the employee’s immediate supervisor, supervisor’s designee, or a higher authority in the chain-of-command

4. An employee must request unscheduled leave at or before the start of her/his scheduled shift
