Foods:
This school year (2017-2018) The foods classes have been doing a lit if demos. " I did my demo on Aroz Con Leche which is originated in Mexico" said Itzel Corona a ninth grader in Mrs. Lukes class. This school year in foods was really fun for the students and the teachers, they seem to be really l enjoy there classes. They did a lot of Demos and preand they really had fun working with each other and participating in this class.
Sewing:
"In sewing this year we have learned how to wok together as a team and how to help each other out" said Lidia Garcia. This year in sewing they have made dresses duffel bags, makeup/shave kits and many more. " I really enjoyed this year because of everything we did it was all very very very fun to work on and to do, like the quilts and the traveling bags". This year the students went on a field trip to the Salt Lake City Community Collage as a trip to learn more and be more experienced."I enjoyed the field trip" says Kyle
Teen Living:
"In teen living this year we learned a lot of different things from Teen parenting to relationships and leader skills. I really enjoyed it a lot, I think I would take this class again, honestly the teacher is great and she knows how to make class intresting. " says Kimberly Torres. Wood shop:
In Wood shop this year students learned how to build chests and many other thing. "We did a lot of work outside of the Wood shop but i still enjoyed it, it was really fun and it is a chill class" said Hayden Sparrow. This class is a very enjoyable class and students really recommend others to take it. You learn to do a lot and develop skills that maybe you wouldn't have outside of that class room. It was a good experience to all of the students and the teacher. It was a great class this year.
