Stud partitioning is a demountable galvanized framed system that consists of full height plasterboards screwed on either side of a 50 or 70mm metal stud and either taped and filled or clamped and covered with cover trimmings.
Advantages:
Provides a one-hour fire resistance.
Excellent acoustic performance due to the clear void between the two stud frames.
It comes in a variety of configurations, including solid full height, glazed full height, glazed full height, and partially glazed modules,
Also, it is versatile in its design concept that almost any variation of the above is possible, including all glass with no framework for that total 'Open Plan' feel.
