EXAMPLE OFFICE FLOOR
This diagram illustrates the concept for how one of the commercial office spaces may function, with ample room for open-plan work- spaces, meeting rooms, a breakroom-kitchen combination and toilet facilities.
EXAMPLE residential FLOOR
This diagram illustrates a concept for how the residential floors may be constructed, with example apartments on both the street side and riverside aspects of the property. Each apartment contains two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and living space with the riverside apartments enjoying the additional benefit of having a full-length balcony.
Due to the flexible design of the building and use of materials that allow for reconfiguration, there are possibilities for the client to change the use of floors for the property – for example converting the commercial office spaces into residential floors, or the residential floors into commercial office space, depending on how the client feels – the option is there for this to happen.
