As the proposed site is located near the riverbed, the top layer will be sedimented soil. Also, based on the geological report, the base layers are soft rocks and the water table is high in this region.
From that, we highly recommend pile foundation which is the best and most suitable alternative.

Based on method: Bored Piles or Driven Piles.
As the site is surrounded by residential spaces, using bored piles will be less vibration and noise issues. The process of bored pile foundation is shown in the figure below.
Based on load transmission:
End Bearing Piles or Friction Piles
Since friction piles can reduce the depth of piles as it does not require hard strata but transfers loads to adjacent soil through shear, it appears to be a better option.
Advantages of friction piles:
Works efficiently on sub soil with low bearing capacity
Suitable for areas with higher water tables.
Economical on areas where hard strata is too deep
Better for long spans and heavy loads
