The Client has indicated that they are interested in increasing the quantity of floor space available on the property
Due to previous experience and background regarding mixed-use developments, the Client are open to the prospect of creating a mixed-use arrangement
Signifying that their international partners are heavily intent on creating and supporting eco-friendly, sustainable developments, sustainability and eco-conscious considerations will be applied to aspects such as the types of construction methods, the materials used for construction and how they contribute to the energy performance of the structure, in addition to the heating options available to cause as little impact environmentally as possible
